Corrie: Jesus Wept why has it gone down the tubes?
Sitting here having a beer watching Corrie and OMG who in the name of god wrote this crap. Yer woman Tracey trying to play the flute, the builder Owen searching the skip and to crown it all the worst actor in soap land in the world , yes you've guessed it Dev the Disastrous making a grand entrance into the Rovers like a prize pillock. Ty and Ftz walking around like idiots instead of getting a good brief.
Corrie always prided itself on real true to life storylines , good scripts and decent actors, but its now mostly bilge. It is time for Corrie to get its act together , to many wooden actors with rubbish storylines and scripts. |

I think it had gone down hill in Collinsons day. Stuart is not entirely to blame.

The sad thing is that Corrie is going to plummet even further in the next few months, especially with the abomination that is the Faye pregnancy storyline. It'll be worse than 9/11 and Titanic put together.

Would be great if they did. He's presently working with ITV on their new six-part drama series in October called 'Grantchester'
Mainly due to actor, James Norton (who was excellent as the psychopath, Tommy Lee Royce, in the series Happy Valley) playing the lead character.

I SO want to love Corrie as I've watched it for years. Last year I gave up on it for several months when all that David Platt rubbish was going on, then I got a bit more back into it and now I'm just hanging on and no more.
I'm just watching it on catch up and it's like a comedy. |

I've not watched it all week, it's so sh*t, caught a glimpse of Tracy harping on about the flute & how she can sing blah blah blah, had to switch off, embarrassingly new levels of dinginess.

I have stopped watching now - I read the spoilers thread on here, and will start again once I see some major changes outlined there, as its just unwatchable at the moment. |

That cricket match was boring beyond belief.
And agree that Dev is the worst actor in the show, his 'acting' is a joke. |
