do you reckon corrie will return the favour for EE's 30th?

I think the episode where Dot mentions it was written by Daran Little who started in Corrie so I presume it was his idea to include it in the script. I highly doubt Corrie will repay the favour, you only have to see see them after an EE victory at an awards night, bitter doesn't even come close and there isn't anyone working within Corrie with any EE links.

Maybe for the next anniversary Carol will ask if shes going to watch the 60th Corrie and Dot would reply "Well its gone right down the tubes since Blackburn took over.....I prefer Hollyoaks these days...and bit of the River Boys on the side...oooh I say"

June Brown was in Coronation Street in 1970 for three episodes, playing a character called Mrs Parsons.

Also, her first acting job was Twelfth Night in Manchester in 1948. A little boy who asked for her autograph was Tony Warren!
