This was released today and wow what fantastic shows they are.

The double CD version features two concerts at the Rainbow, One from March 74 on the Queen II tour and the November 74 Sheer Heart Attack tour.

Great to hear live versions of White Queen, Liar, Ogre Battle, Son and Daughter and Fairy Fellers Master Stroke.

DVD release has The whole of the November 74 concert which has been restored. It's great to see a concert of a pre mustache Freddie and a more rock than pop setlist.

The first 3 Queen albums Queen, Queen II and Sheer Heart Attack are probably my favorite Queen albums.

I've seen that concert on TV and even though I liked them at the time, that now seems a load of crap.

Disagree. Queen 2 is a fantastic album that still sounds brilliant as are all there early albums. Fine if you've gone off them. People's tastes change, but it is far away from being a load of crap. Must admit I'd like to here this live album.

I didn't say the albums were a load of crap, I said the gig was.

Hardly. Freddie's vocals are top notch at this time and some of the stuff like the Fairy Feller is amazingly held together considering the complexity and it being live.

Nice to see them focus on an older release. Usually all the releases are from the Magic Tour, but this is great.
