Confirmation: Series 3 will run for 3 months

So that will take us nicely into our own regular series
I wonder how many house guests we will get?

I'm going for 16 with a few double eliminations

Yes set up for series 3 and currently watching series 2 -

I like it.

It's great that bb have them doing physical tasks .

BB UK take note although the housemates would need to be of similar age to make it fair.

Hey! New to this neck of the forums...

I've just finished watching BBCAN2 in 4 weeks in time for this next season. I want to watch this season in real time and also want to watch the live feeds for the first time after reading some comments on here but I have a question.

Since I live in the UK and Canada is 7(?) hours behind, I will obviously have to watch the episode the next day it is aired so do the live feeds ruin the suspense of the main highlights? Does the HOH & POV results get spoiled by watching the live feed?

Thank you for any contributions!!

BTW - I was firmly Team Adel & Neda!

Yes, Killer, live feed spoils the result. Live feed is shut down during the actual competition, but it comes back on once the competition ends, and naturally, the houseguests discuss the result and plan their next game moves. I think the Veto competition is played two days before the episode airs (might even be three - can't remember).

Welcome, by the way Bit quiet around this end so will be nice to have a new face to talk to!

Oh, right. I'll still give it a go for the first couple of weeks and if it isn't for me, at least I tried! Thanks anyway and I'm happy to talk about any thing Big Brother, even if I'm still relatively new. So far, I've watched Big Brother UK 13, 14, 15, Big Brother Australia 9 & 10, Big Brother USA 16 & Big Brother Canada 2.

BB16 doesn't do the US show justice, i'd suggest season 6 if you're wanting to watch one

I wouldn't worry too much about live feed taking away the tension of the episode. Live feed far outweighs any excitement in the episodes simply because you get to see how the game move played out in full, rather than just seeing a two minute clip. Also, the competition is still fresh and we get to see DR entries/what they're really thinking, so the episodes aren't entirely redundant. Although, I've found the editing for the Canadian version to have been really weak for the first two series and I hope it's improved for this series.

I think they are going to announce the cast on Mon. 16 March on an Entertainment Tonight-type show, which is one week before the premiere.

I thought Adel was lovely and the house lost some charm when he left. Neda was my favorite. I was hoping she was going to win, but Jon did the right thing. FYI They are still together as a couple in real life, so although she didn't get the money, she did get the man.

It's the 3rd new house in 3 seasons, as the BBCa series has now moved to a new channel, Global TV. I'm excited to see it also.

I didn't realise this was so soon!

I much prefer BB Canada to the US version, based on the first two series anyway. The casting is just much better, where the housemates are at worst annoying, compared to the US where it's almost a requirement to be a horrible person, to the point where you support boring/terrible players just for the sake of it.

Really enjoyed the last series throughout, hopefully this lives up to it, and maybe a little less twist-heavy this year too.

I don't think there's going to be a lack of twists, not if the latest press release is anything to go by.

Press Release

That amount of sponsorship is something else. Can't fault them though, they deliver a free and incredible high quality feed that was almost live 24/7 last year.

Frustrating that the UK doesn't do something similar. Its not like they haven't had the suggestions either.

**Is everyone using a free browser vpn for this series or does anyone have a paid for vpn to that they can recommend?
