Poor Jay. Shirley dropped him right in it there but it looks like Jay might finally be seeing Phil for what he is as he cleared off.
Nancy: "about my mum kissing Dean". Oh FGS. Her mum DIDN'T kiss Dean, HE kissed HER

Not looking good for Linda in an upcoming storyline especially as Nancy is a bit of a daddy's girl and that scene in the kitchen was all a bit ambiguous.
Hell Nancy, I'd be bothered about having to share a room with Shirley! The fags, booze, snarling, farting (you just
know that Shirley is going to
love letting off big raspers!) No thanks
God I can't stand Aunt Babe, bitter old trout. However I did feel slightly sorry for her when Stan broke her mother's bowl. These two obviously have a lot of bitter history and I don't think she'll let him off with that.
Hated her dripping poison about Stan into Shirley's ears, coniving old witch, but I did like her advice to Shirl on dealing with Phil: "he hurts you, you hurt him back ten times harder". Good advice but it'll fall on deaf ears with that 'un.
Good on Cora for threatening to punch the old trout's teeth out though
LOL at Stan - happy with a sea bass fish for his birthday

He lied about his age to get a bigger present

(what kind of family are they where they don't know their dad's age though? And even if the kid's didn't know BABE would?) Loved his and Cora's scenes, brilliant. Couple of old acting troopers who are a pleasure to watch.
Wow Phil. I thought that might happen but that was still very harsh: "you was there, nothing else". That and he still loves Sharon no matter how much she's fleeced him. What a blow for Shirley but I've got to say, she practically threw herself at him so she brought her heartache on herself.
Oh FFS. Tosh is pregnant. Kill me now.
Who says that EE isn't educational? I learnt how to gut and fillet a fish in this episode. Ta Stan! I think *vomits*
