After all these cuts, Round 7 will be hosted by...

THE PUBLIC

Disgusted that your favs have been mercilessly cut already? This will be YOUR chance to change lives. You can vote by following this link and voting for the acts that you want to leave. You can vote for as many as you like, but only the twelve acts with the most votes will be brought forward as Round 7's nominations, and myself and the other five rankers will then all save/eliminate. (If more than twelve acts have a similar number of votes there will be a random tie breaker).

But yeah Round 6 first so get to it!”

Hey Alex, Leon was saved by Aliyah already so you need another act!

The obvious exception to this are those for who the golden buzzer are pressed, but since no one has used theirs yet, that does not yet apply!”

101 - Sami Brookes
Sami was basically everything about an act that I could not STAND. She went way too hard on the whole 'overweight' sob story but, and at risk of sounding like a dick, she wore really really unflattering clothes! (Like this monstrosity) Overall, her vocals were okay but they don't stand up as a favourite of mine and therefore I'm saying goodbye to Sami.

One more reason that I eliminated Sami.

And I save James Arthur because I really like his voice & music, regardless of his personality which of course leaves a lot to be desired.

Meh, don't really care about those acts in the list for round 6 to be honest.

With this list I could have got rid of quite a few, and it was tough to pick only one to be honest!!!

But I went with

100. Ray
Ray for me is the absolute antithesis of what the show is about. For me the X-Factor is about finding an undiscovered and special talent. Ray had stage school written all over him, and had so much obvious practice of singing, dancing professionally over the years. I wouldnt mind that so much as I know many acts on the show have similar backgrounds, but Ray was just so false, and always had that little air of smugness about him. As well as that I found his singing cringeworthy, and was just another in the long line of bland, boring, sell his only record on mother's day acts which just don't appeal to me - so long Ray.

Save - Leon! I actually loved Leon for the reason I disliked Ray. You couldn't ger more raw/undiscovered than Leon, and I actually thought it was fab to see how he progressed from being awful in week 1 to a what I thought was a really nice performer at the end of the comp. I think if Leon had better support from Syco he really could have been good. Leon you continue to fight another day!

None of those are particularly spectacular that I desperately want saved, but I liked Marcus, Ray and Kye. Hope James Arthur gets eliminated - one of the worst winners in my opinion.

Like the idea of a public vote in the next round, thanks.

It's fine, I realised I wasn't clear initially :3 But ew @ Leon being saved again

99. Sam Callahan.
What an absolute mockery of the word 'talent'. Probably the worst vocalist to ever hit the live stage, and yes that includes the 'novelty' acts of Jedward and Varrrgner. He isn't attractive, he isn't vocally talented, he has nothing for me. How sad.

Save: Mary Byrne because I can.
aliyah101

98 - Marcus Collins

I'm eliminating Marcus because he was complete cheese. XF really tried to push him down the "Bruno Mars" route but as we have evidently seen in the world, there can only be one Bruno Mars and THANK GOD for that. Marcus sang outdated motown songs week in and out and was praised for his authenticity and "dance moves" which were SO embarrassing, honestly he challenged my uncle's wedding dance moves for the cringe factor. I remember the week when Marcus tried to deliver an "emotional" song and it completely flopped >>> watch him murder Russian Roulette https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYea8TziunY. Post X Factor, Marcus released an abysmal cover of Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes which predictably flopped and he was quietly dropped. (look that rhymes!)

SAVE - I am saving ASHLEY McKenzie as he's the only memorable one left from the bunch and in spite of his arrogant attitude, he had a pretty great voice.

97. Journey South

Journey South are a typical early XF act who were popular although I generally had no feelings towards them beside apathy. Two brothers who had nice voices and sung nice ballads, like this. I mean, they weren't bad but I think they would never make it past the auditions nowadays as they really define MOR. To give them credit, they actually had some post show success and even a number one album, but they really didn't inspire me to feel any reason to keep them so their journey ends here.

----------

Obviously saving Kye Sones - he did get a bit of a raw deal on the show at least so I'll give him another chance here.

That round is done, and this is where we stand right now.

Remember that everyone including viewers can vote in the poll to determine the nominations for Round 7, 12 with the most votes are up!

This round was (almost) a complete success :3

And now we move on! Thank you to everyone who voted in the poll; it will happen again in Round 14 and 21 so please look forward to that.

The votes have been counted and verified, and I can now reveal that the 12 acts facing the public vote are, in no particular order:

Addictiv Ladies
Lorna Simpson
Franki Cocozza
Rikki Loney
Storm Lee
Phillip Magee
Nu Vibe
Diva Fever
Kerry McGregor
Andy Abraham
Emily Nakanda
Miss Dynamix

There were 7 acts tied on 8 votes but only 3 of them are in the above list; congrats to the other mystery 4 for now o;

Happy saving/eliminating!

96 - Frankie Cocozza
I choose to eliminate Frankie Cocozza because he's a disgusting person. The only thing worse than his disgusting hair is his rude, arrogant and dastardly attitude. Whether it's snorting cocaine backstage on the X Factor, or telling my Uni to '**** off' after he got booed off the stage, he's not a very pleasant fella. Perhaps the least likeable person to ever be on the X Factor? The worst part?? He couldn't even sing, jesus. How does this kid get laid so much!? Girls get some standards, and whilst you're at it hit the sex clinic. x

Nice try Aliyah. x

I'm saving Miss Dynamix because although on the show they weren't very good, they sounded cray-good in real life.

95. Rikki Loney

My plan to spare Rikki last round has come to fruition as the public faithfully gave him the highest number of votes, gj everyone <3 In a gay male heavy season, Rikki unfortunately stands out as being the worst of them all due to just not being that great and having some dodgy eyebrow thing going on which became more of an issue than anything that actually came out of his mouth.

His demise came about in week 2 when for once XF decided not to persecute its female acts (for all the good it did them ultimately in series 6) by not having Rod Stewart week or whatever but instead choosing Whitney Week.

You could tell from the mentoring behind the scenes sessions that Whitney was NOT impressed with Rikki singing RESPECT and I like to think that she had some influence over his elimination 2 hours later when bottom.goddess Rachel Adedeji took out her second victim on her way to stardom and unfortunately for Rikki he would be snuffed out.

-----------------

Saving Addictiv Ladies because I was looking at their videos and they're actually a hilarious trainwreck <3

Excuse me but, Frankie was so misunderstood. Also his new music with the Telescreen is actually quite good. I'd rather have Frankie who tells it how it is and knows he's a total wreck than the like of slimy Marcus who "appears" to be SUCH a grounded saint but clearly let the 15 minutes of fame get to his head when he refused to sign autographs.

Having had a lovely encounter with Mr Cokeupthenozza in real life he's disgusting & him slipping into the Top 100 is a sin in itself.

Goodbye.

Edit: Also that song sounds the same as every other song by the millions of other similar 'indie' bands.

Well he got boo'ed off stage which is quite rude aswell tbh, that can really knock a performers self esteem. I'd probably tell the crowd to **** off too.

Such a misunderstood creature.

Wow this sounds fun. Go Jedward!

P.S. I love the takedowns.
