I'd assume that it's a lot less by now, as the bankruptcy was in 2012 and he's not really been out of sight since.
BTW - unlike most bankruptcies in the UK, you don't get your tax debts wiped out or reduced in the States. They're not included in the Chapter 7 calculation and are 100% recoverable.

Ahh that's why I thought he may be channeling William Wallace

Seriously what a great reason to say that though obviously

I think it's important for Audley to win because he's been a splendid HG and amazing Human Being that i observed in Big Brother. What he does with his fee, or after he wins is up to him.”

I like Audley and I'm glad he's in the final.....but I really cant think of any stand out moment that's made him that memorable .....I cant stand James as my posts will show ...but he's given us plenty to talk about....but the most entertaining for me is Gary....I cant imagin what the house would have been like without him

(still voting for GB anyway, but I'm a little suspicious about this story & it's timing)”

It's a long running charity , linking to his son's rare illness came from there.

I definitely wouldn't complain about a Gary win, he's also been a good HG... he's been interesting and entertaining.

For me, i just feel like Audley has been the better HG for what i look for in a HG, and what i support. I connect with some of his perspectives and outlook on life a little more than with Gary, and i do feel like Gary's way of doing things can be rude, and made to be more difficult than i feel like it needs to be. He doesn't have to say "get out of my way", he can say it in a better way and the way in which he shuts people down as Audley expressed to him, and i don't feel like he embraces different perspective and such.. it's those details within the details to where i feel Audley shines a bit brighter.

I'd be okay with either of them winning, really. I just dread to see George or Dee win. If Gary or Audley won instead of George or Dee, i'd be ecstatic about that result. Seeing George snickering while being handed the victory is probably the worst result of the series for me as i can't stand how he's branded as such a great guy and as if he's done nothing nasty.”

Totally agree. I would absolutely hate George or Dee to win. And as for James........ well what I think of him is unprintable I will be happy with either Gary or Audley winning. I have no real preference although I would love to see James' face if Audley won. I think it would bother him a lot more than Gary winning.

I think we have to accept that this forum is wildly out of touch with the British Public. Helen was the most unpopular housemate on here and yet she won the last series.

Sadly the majority of the Great British Big Brother Voting Audience are people like Nicola McClean who finds Gary weird, creepy, dirty and rude. They haven't got the wit to appreciate Gary's surreal charm, they are unimaginative numpties that consider being crude, argumentative and aggressive as admirable traits. It's sad but true.

Mclean oh god i hope no one takes any notice of that woman. She says all that about Gary buy loves James go figure that out. Most people on BBOTS have been supportive of Gary most audiences have been on there too.

Not wildly out of touch usually the most popular housemates finish high up , forum favorite Asheligh was second after all not bad.

But the forum can be pretty far out when compared to the general public when it comes to most hated on here , that is true. Thats multi voting for you though plays a part obviously. When aloud to vote as many times as you want for one person or another.

When he was Evicted and asked about what he had said to Gary about a role model he showed no remorse about what he had said, even Emma looked a bit shocked

Has he had botox? His face seems totally expressionless.

As far as I am aware there is no prize for CBB. Gary will have earned his fee (unless he walks today, which is unlikely and even if he did I bet the contract has some sliding scale - he has been value for money).

If people wanted to support the foundation Gary set up for his son, then donating the 50 pences to it instead of giving them to C5/Viacom/Endomol, would seem to me to make more sense.

What ails his son BTW?

Winning will give his charity the most publicity. He established this charity because of his sick son.

PS. Remember when gary said to describe his experience in word and he said FREEDOM.

it was because FREEDOM is his charity motto

https://twitter.com/THEGaryBusey/sta...70584479965184

and yes, Dee rolled her eyes when she heard him say it.”

and because he is the only true celebrity in there...

I think so too. The only other person to come even close to his celebrity was Claire. Such a shame she had to leave.

Yeah - there was already a KD Foundation in existence which is very active and doing tons of stuff - so I don't really get why someone goes and sets up another foundation for the same thing later.

Why not just help expand the existing one?

The BuseyFoundation twitter and FB aren't exactly active.

That's a fair point about Audley, i'd agree that his moments haven't been quite as memorable or impacting on the series as some of Gary or James have been, but for me personally they've been.

The way he's kept his cool with James pushing his buttons, that he hasn't conformed to the more dominant groupthink of Dee and George being so fantastic, instead having a mind of his own and challenging things that he didn't agree with even though it might hurt his standing within the group, sticking up for Lauren and Gary... his speech about different perspectives and empathy and showing that in his actions, and how he's remained constant as a great person, also his story about being addicted to gambling and coming through it....

These probably aren't the most impacting and memorable moments in the series but they meant something to me, and they impacted and were memorable to my personal observing experience.

Gary, i'd agree has contributed the most entertainment to the series.... for me there's a balance to where it's not all about entertainment but that's why i'd have no issue with Gary winning either.

Why not ? The more the better. Have you read their website. People who research such things can never have a enough money , Gary's foundation also funds other familys too.

More organisations doing the same or very similar things means unnecessary amounts of administration I would have thought.

Still maybe he thought he could raise more if it was in his name rather than sponsor something already existing and helping them expand.

Still seems weird to me - not just in this case, but lots of cases where charities compete and advertise for the same causes.

No it means more money raised for a given issue.

Well who knows maybe he helps them too. Either way it's a good thing whatever way you look at it. I don't think it's weird at all.
