You can see the massive difference in when he does it to Edele, George or the one off Geordie shore (forgot his name) he does it playfully with them and it's clearly a joke.
With Audley and Gary though it's nothing but nasty, and to provoke.
Not a pleasant environment to live in for those, and they have had the patience of a saint to deal with James.
If he's like that in the real world, i can only imagine he has been knocked out many times in his life. (not advocating violence, just on James violence

Loathe Him. Nothing remotely likeable about him whatsoever. I see nothing redeeming in his behaviour which is just relentless mocking and goading. He's horrendous.

I'm not really seeing that an obnoxious, egotistical, nasty little twonk is a good HM. He's so called wind ups are just an excuse to be a huge bitch.
