and i agree with your final paragraph....i had never heard of Shite Dee before she arrived on the opening night and like a few others initially thought during the Duchess task she was ok but then she became more and more aggressive and once she had the protection of Ricci and James all pretence of pleasantness disappeared. I hope i don't have to see her again.

Emma and Rylan have both ignored or talked over anything negative about Dee, it has been so blatant, im convinced they have been told to tip toe around her from the producers, due to her past depression...She should be treated exactly how other housemates are treated and talked about, if she is not well enough to go in the house she should not be there.

BB seems to have worked out well for Dee. She will probably come top 3, cheered and praised to the rafters by Emma. The media and commentators have been mostly positive about her also. It has generally risen her profile in a positive manner, even if some people on social media hate her.

I do not keep any negative emotional attachments, because the over-riding factor for me is that at the end of the day it is so heavily edited and manipulated. I do not know any of the HMs first hand. I perceive it as adult panto. and try to engage with it as such for it's duration.

That's my psychological contract with the show. I let go, and get on with my life. My long term memory only stores the parts that are exceptionally funny for me or my household.

I love a happy ending.

If Claire has continued to watch (hope you are feeling better btw Claire) I wonder what her take on the show has been now she's been able to watch from the outside looking in.

Dee has come across as one nasty piece of work ,and from being ambivant about her before ,her behaviour on CBB has made me really dislike the woman ,but i have no doubt that Emma will be gushing all over her tonight ,telling her what a Great H/M and person she is
