It just looks dated and slower paced. I wouldn't mind watching a few of the older episodes for nostalgia....

The thought of watching Kathy Beale make jumpers for her market stall with her electronic knitting machine excitets me, but I think ultimately, I'd be dissapointed.

It wasn't really dated, that scene was set in a jesus worshipping cult place lol.

But it was slower paced. That scene was from early 97. EE as we know it today didn't really kick off until late 98 when Saskia got whacked over the head with an ashtray. It then became more about the big shocks and faster pace.

Poor 'Sarah' ended up in 'My family' for several years which was punishment enough for her wicked behaviour.
