George just seems to like hugging, so will hug up to whoever is willing and available.
I'm guessing if she wasn't feeing still lonely and emotional (from the split) , she prob wouldn't have hugged up to him as much as she has in BB. I think George is prob easy to cosy up to because he's regarded as a teddy bear type guy (so the closeness is a comfort that isn't sexual, but done to feel nice and safe). That's what I reckon George is to Adele (could be wrong obvs) and poss what he was to Steph too. Can't image either looked at him sexually, just a loveable guy who was easy to love as a dear friend and squeeze.
