Yes probably as when it got to the last 3 the votes were going to be split with Audley as people do seem to like Gary and Audley and the other camp like Dee and James, I put a few votes in for Gary but didn't bother voting last year as I didn't like anyone.

I'd love to see the results, especially if it was something like:

Edele getting 0.7% and Dee getting 1.2% compared to Gary with 50%+. That'd be hilarious.

I think it may well have been a landslide - and that's why a betting coup was impossible, because to turn over the result would not have been cost-effective.
We know what the balance was on this and other forums but there are many viewers out there who never come near us and could well have been similarly outraged.
Hope we get the figures.

I suspect that most of the GBP were in TeamGary apart from the few who either couldn't see or didn't want to admit what was really going on in there.

It's very possible. Ch. 5 gave Gary a terrible edit in Wednesday night's show but went back to a positive edit in Thursday. I'm guessing they took one look at the voting percentages from Wednesday and realised it was utterly pointless trying to sabotage him and that it was time to give up the ghost.
