Did anyone still watch EE after the Baby Swap episode took place?

I know it was a very controversial storyline, but did it put anyone off watching EE for a while?

The baby swapping itself didn't, but the whole turning Kat into a cheat in that storyline and after did. Ronnie made me want to throw something at the TV a few times, but I find her more unbearable to watch now than I did then.

It put me off. I find January depressing enough without dead babies floating around my telly!

I kept watching out of hope that the show would get better, but there were many times last year I had it on just in the background rather than actually watching it.

I think they are trying to erase that Sl like it never happened.

I still watched but only when they announced they where ending it early, Thank god we didn't have to endure it for 2 years like originally planned.

The storyline definitely put me off as I was working with babies at the time. I remember all of the staff were put off.

None of us have returned to watching EE. I only watched it out of habit as I thought it was depressing, but that baby swap put me right off permanently.

EE were only trying to top CS's tram crash story. Something a bit sensational but backfired.

Didn't put me off one bit. I thought it was interesting. EastEnders is a soap looking into the lives of 50 people, depressing things will happen. I don't get why people would stop watching after it.

No, it made the show very watchable IMO, it was the summer of 2011 where is all started going downhill, it never really picked itself up until dtc came in, I just wish the figures were higher! The show is actually so much more watchable than what it was in 2012/2013!
