I know he is dead but they both have a knack of never getting their downfall, he would win in a fantasy battle of wits!?

Fenner would wipe with the floor with Charity, he was an evil git in Bad Girls played brilliantly by Jack Ellis.

Fenner at least had some charisma and wasn't a tired, predictable, cliche character on constant repeat.

Some people would say you are describing Fenner there.

Absolutely this ^

Fenner would not stop until he got the result he wanted, just look at what he did to Yvonne Atkins (played superbly by Linda Henry) he really was ruthless with no conscience.....quite a scary, dark character whom used his position of power to meet his own needs.

The Fabulous Charity could never be in Bad Girls.

Fenner.

I know he got murdered and someone eventually did give him his comeuppance, but he got away, for a long time, quite literally, with murder. Charity has been framed for murder - Fenner would never let that happen.

It's a weird comparison though. I think they are very different.

Charity would have been great in Bad Girls. Imagine her going head to head with Shell Dockley! Charity would probably have feigned interest in Fenner to get him onside, when really he'd be just using her like he did with Shell. Then he'd find a way to "get rid" of her when he thought she was getting above herself!

Why?

I picked them because they have an uncanny thing about getting away with all sorts for long periods of time.
