This was pretty bad, the worst episode so far. No showdown, unfortunately. It would be much more suspenseful having that to decide the power pair rather than the public. No idea why the show was live (or what passes as a live presentation now). It was the late night feast (aka immature content show). The new power pair (who even voted for them?) seem to have had an easier start to it by being given a celebration feast, hopefully they are tested much more than this.

Australia on the button with this theme, they always seem to have a plan a-z unlike the UK where it's just a plan A and nothing else
Loved it when Priya and Katie made that paltry offer for the immunity pass and BB said "Please excuse BB while BB tries not to laugh" ![]() Here's tonights CP show to listen to or download: http://www.spreaker.com/user/drdetro...2014-9-14-2014 |

Best episode to date! Everything the classic BBAU had, and no messing around with the twist. In BBUK they would have sold the immunity pass for £3000 then told them they weren't immune anyway but keep the money.

Did they confirm if immunity had to be used this week or can they use the pass whenever they want for 1 week?

I thought it dragged, the men aren't making an impact and just seem to be about the showmances with all the conversations about that which may have been prompted by BB. It's not that surprising that when the immunity was offered to buy it wasn't sold cheap but I'm glad they got it anyway. The crying of the girl seemed too long for the HLs, it wasn't that dramatic whether someone spilled wine on her outfit or not. Quote:

I'm pretty sure BB said one pair would be evicted which would definitely change things up. |

It would be interesting if they had that option, but I doubt it. Though why take the chance particularly at the start when you have no idea about popularity outside and maybe even inside the house to an extent? I'm pretty sure BB said one pair would be evicted which would definitely change things up. This is usually how the party episodes are with BBAU, they give them alcohol and food and suggest conversation topics. The showmance thing will always be a part of Big Brother, there's no getting rid of it. And with BBAU it seems less producer-driven because they genuinely are attracted towards each other like in the last series as well. |

Yeh I know the dress came later, though it was meant to add to the drama.
The problem I have is people just put in for showmances, they tend to be really boring. And it can feel fake to me. This wasn't like a normal HLs I thought, I'd prefer this kind of show as an extra later program rather than taking up the time normally used to recap what has happened. It's lazy just using a set up scene to fill out a HLs and isn't very natural. It's not like there's extra web videos to fill out the details of everything that was missed from the last few days. |

Really worried about the housemates being evicted in pairs.
Losing Priya / Katie together would be just tragic. Love Jason / Dion but it was obvious the votes where all for Jason. Liking Travis / Ryan they seem to have a personality instead of just boring Aussie guys. Not liking Gemma ATM. |

In Big Brother HMs are supposed to be filmed all the time with no days off.

Travis is just unbearable at this stage, all I hear is his piercing voice talking when he should STFU. Also really wish Aisha hadn't gone there cause I liked her before that.
Cat is my fave along with Skye, Cat is so articulate and smart, I loved her point at dinner about lying, literally what I would try to say but put so much better. Lisa and Katie are just two whiny girls who crave the attention of guys on one hand and bash them on the other, not keen. Even my girl Cat said not to listen at the door. |

Yeah he seemed like that idiot jock who at school didn't like anything that would be considered different i.e. Magic.
Cat also was the only one who pointed out that slim fast isn't that big a deal when Africans are starving to death. She's a smart lady unlike some of the morons. I feel bad for Gemma cause I reckon she just doesn't have social skills with strangers, possibly the teasing and stuff she dealt with has made her awkward with people. Dion seems a big self righteous for my liking. But I'm still ok with him. I think Cat, Skye and Lawson are my top 3 right now. |
