Torn between Rory and Wilf. No disrespect to Arthur, but I couldn't *not* vote for Lord Cribbins. So it's lovely Wilf for me.

Rory, but I may end up liking Danny more by the end of Series 8. I'll have to wait and see. We definitely haven't seen enough of him yet.

Adam Mitchell

I was torn between Wilf and Rory. Wilf is just a legend. Simply because he's played by Lord Cribbins.

But voted Rory because I basically adored everything about him.

I meant Mickey I guess I was thinking about the name of his alternative on the parallel world.

Wilf for me, I loved his character and the chemistry he had with the Doctor. In fact, it would have been great to first have had one series with just the Doctor and Donna (no other companions showing up) and then at least half a series with the Doctor, Donna and Wilf. I think it would have been a lot of fun.

I'm torn between Jack & Rory. So hard to pick one. Given the earlier posts might have to vote Jack because Rory is already getting some love.

Adam Mitchell is missing but I voted for Jack and then Wilf. Both awesome companions in their own right.

I voted for Rory, although Jack was a close second.

There is debate over if he is considered a companion so I left him. Wilf is different even if he was only a companion for a short time.

Oh there is one I forgot Craig from the lodger and closing time.

But I liked almost all of them to some extent. Well, except for the whole tin dog Mickey thing and Adam, couldn't really stand the character at all.

Wilf, without a doubt. He was brilliant!

Rory wasn't too bad, but I just didn't really care about him and he permanently played second-fiddle to Amy, third-fiddle if River was around as well.

I love Jack, Wilf and Rory.

I prefer Jack on Torchwood to be honest but I still like the character in Doctor Who, he is just toned down a lot.

Wilf is amazing, no explanation needed. Plus he is Donnas grandfather.

Rory is the only thing that got me through Matt Smiths run of the show. Really really good actor, great character and was just good to watch. I outright disliked Amy until Rory started travelling with her and the Doctor actually.

Rory, best new companion either male of female for me - followed by Donna.

Never really considered Wilf a companion but I did have a soft spot for him

Voted for Jack but honestly they're all good in their own ways.

As for Danny/Rupert he seems OK so far but still too early to tell.



Loved Matt Smith and enjoyed his run so don't agree with you on that part BUT I 100% agree about Amy, my God she irritated the hell out of me the obnoxious little madam! She's was only bearable thanks to Rory (and even then I honestly think Rory could do better).
