I couldn't find a thread for this guy, so thought I'd make one. At the moment Andrea Faustini and Paul Akister are my two faves by a long way. Andrea is so cute, quirky and likeable, I just love him!

I'm a bit worried that the judges won't get behind him because they think him being from Italy means he won't have a fanbase that will vote (er, hello? Ruth Lorenzo anyone?)

Does anyone have any spoiler info on how far he gets?

I think Andrea could win, as its hard not to like him!

However, he’s not a bad looking guy, could they not give him better styling? Having the shirt always buttoned way up makes him look a bit nerdy (how about a tie or an open collar?), and the carrot pants don’t flatter his shape. It’s good for balancing out his shape that he had a jacket on last time, but not sure if I personally liked the stars.

Also I wish he’s not just given everything that Sam Bailey sung last year, not just diva power ballads. He could sing anything, so please let us hear him sing different stuff!

But all and all, not much to fault! He really sings his heart out every time.

I've joined the forums just to contribute to Andrea's Appreciation thread! I think he's a really lovely guy, with an amazing voice! Just to let everyone know, he's singing 'Relight my Fire' tomorrow! I really hope it goes well for him!

Yeah that's a good one! My mum suggested that when I told her the theme. 'Somebody to Love' would be good too. I remember Rhydian's brilliant rendition of that. But overall I think this theme is so much better for Andrea than Disco Week.

I've often thought there's a touch of Freddie Mercury about him (vocally at least) so I think Queen will be perfect for him. I would love to see him do 'A Kind of Magic' so he can get away from the power ballads again.

Yes, that would be a good one, and of course, without getting ahead of ourselves, next week is Big Band! So again that will be a good one for showing he's not a one trick pony with the ballads, which of course he's not.
