Yes, I feel the same. I just can't see him escaping the bottom tomorrow. I think Fleur is now safe leaving one spot. If Ben gets that spot Andrea has a great shot against Lauren, if Lauren gets that slot I really don't think he has much of a chance. We'll see but I think we have to be prepared tomorrow Fanstinis. Following the live thread (as I said, I will watch the show tomorrow) it seems Lauren didn't do very well, so I honestly can't see her finishing in the top two.

One of Ben, Fleur or Andrea was only 800 votes above Lauren last week. Could it have been Fleur do you think - they do seem to have pimped her a lot tonight, and what was all that I read about her keep appearing in other people's VT's? Why are they desperate to boost her votes?

Well once again tonight Andrea has excelled himself, O Holy Night was just out of this world!! Again whatever happens tomorrow night he can hold his head high. He is just amazing.
Just hope he can get in the top 2 tomorrow as dont fancy his chances in the sing off unfortunately with all this shows manipulations, so much pimping for Fleur make uncomfortable viewing

Exactly this. I will find it hard to cope with the injustice of a final without Andrea, I think the most likely outcome tomorrow is an Andrea and Lauren bottom two. We know how Mel and Cheryl will vote, so with Louis I believe he would vote Andrea. Simon could go either way...I think deadlock will get Andrea through but It's extremely tight.

As for this there's only X amount of votes between them, I'm skeptical. Cast your minds back about five years when an investigation found most voting lines and competitions were corrupt and producers were found to be making it up as they went along:

They used to say this sort of line all the time before but after the many fines and apologies they cleaned up their act. This is the first time since that scandal that they've used these old lines...I think it's a case of slipping back into bad habits, trying to egg people on to vote. At the end of the series the percentages come out, but not the amount of votes. Take it with a pinch of salt I think.
By the way don't let that discourage you from voting for Andrea!

As for Fleur, I don't know really... you could certainly see on Xtra Factor at the dinner how this final four really do care for each other...I don't wish any hate on the others, especially after that. I just think there's no justice in a final without Andrea. He gave everything, put in two great performances. I want him to get to the final because he deserves it. Simple as that.

I bear no malice towards Fleur at all, she seems lovely, (all the final four do and yes they do genuinely seem fond of each other ) but I think she is way way over hyped. It was disgusting the way Simon 'accidentely' said Fleurs name during Laurens critique. IF Andrea could go home after that performance of O Holy Night there is absolutely no justice at all, it was phenomenal.

Exactly. I completely agree. The thing is there are a million girls in hot pants who can sing to Fleur's standard. The charts are full of them and that's why people are going mental for her performance I suppose. But there is only one Andrea Faustini, he is totally unique and totally special, everyone has said it before but when he sings...I just feel it, he completely gets me right in the heart.

Yes Andrea did amazingly well tonight...was so proud of him too!!! His performances tonight was great to watch and the crowd reactions was loud whenever his name was mentioned! !! He doesn't need to win the show (Simon will ruin him). ...hes a winner in many, many people's hearts and hes the breakout star of 2014 for sure!!

I have noticed it's not always easy to tell how well someone has performed because of the gaps between songs.
When they run the phone numbers & play a clip from each contestant one after the other that's where I notice the difference, Andrea stands out!

Regarding Fleur I really don't get it, she seems a nice enough girl but it's hard to like her because of the hype on the show & OTT comments on the threads.
I thought Lauren wasn't great, I thought Ben wasn't great either so there's possibilities for Andrea assuming the voters thought the same & act on it of course.
If I'm honest I thought Fleur was very ordinary too but then I've never really rated her vocally.
I'm starting to think Fleur's change of song was done to sell the performance while masking the vocals & Simon knows it!
I also noticed for a few weeks now that considering the hype she is along with Lauren getting the smallest reaction/cheers from the crowd?

I loved both of Andrea's performances tonight. I thought he sang both of them so beautifully. Poor Lauren wasn't very good and neither was Ben imo. I don't get the Fleur love and I have never felt so manipulated by X Factor as with them trying to get me to love her - once again she appeared in both Lauren and Andrea's VTs. We were told that they changed the song 24 hours before, but on Xtra Factor Simon let slip that he had heard the song as a possibility for her last Sunday. No way that dance routine was choreographed and learned in 24 hours either...

Either way, I no longer feel 'safe' writing anything negative about Fleur on the main forum, or anything positive about Andrea either - you just get ripped to pieces! So I'll only be posting on Andrea's appreciation thread from now, with all the nice people

I so hope that Andrea isn't in the bottom 2 tomorrow - I'm hoping that Ben's performances might mean he is in the b2 but I'm not hopeful. I'm pretty sure Lauren will lose a sing off against Andrea though, so fingers crosssd he gets his dream to go to the final either way. I will be voting hard

O Holy Night thread, am so tempted to go in there and say how ridiculous some of the critique is in there. I get Andreas voice isn't everyones cup of tea but it just seems the thing to tear his performances apart. Hopefully by ignoring it now it will drop off the page but its hard

I loved it too delz - it is my favourite version of that song ever (I don't like most versions tbh) and one of my favourite of Andrea's performances so far. I couldn't even get past the first few negative comments on that thread - or the one about him just shouting. What are they talking about? Outside this forum, everyone else acknowledges at least that he is an amazing vocalist, even if he isn't their cup of tea. I actually felt compelled to start a thread about the bias on this forum as it is out of control imo. So hope that Andrea gets to the final at least. He really deserves it. And then signed by a label who appreciates him and will work with him and develop him as an artist. Not Syco in other words!

Thing is if he had have sung it softly softly like they were suggesting, I'm sure they would have slated him for not putting enough passion in or whatever Just seems the thing to criticise him whatever he does. I felt he put his own stamp on it (almost a gospely feel to it) and it was incredible. I would never normally listen to any of the music Andrea sings, Im normally a rock girl lol, Can't explain why but Andrea is makes me want to listen. Cant explain why he just does.

Just got in! I'd say a busy network is a really good sign. Trying not to think to much about the show tonight, I've done about a 150 votes thanks to a free credit deal thing and now I'm gonna be phone-less for a while. I just want this for him more than anything. But whatever happens there's a bright future ahead. I'm just watching the show from last night and I love his version of O Holy Night. Yes he added the 'trills' but that's what he does and the way he sings
