HTC 8s new screen
Hi,
My grandson has broken the screen on his phone as above. I see on eBay they sell digitizer touch screens quite cheaply. My questions are:- Is this the complete screen including glass? How would the screen be secured? Is there an adhesive or is tape used? Thanks for any help. |

Have a look at this web page, showing the HTC One M8 being taken apart. https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/HTC+...Teardown/23615 Not a task I would want to undertake. |

I assume you mean the HTC One M8?

You are better off buying the combined LCD / digitizer for around 20-25 on ebay. I looked at doing this with my wifes 8S before deciding it was better putting the money towards a new phone. You can get second hand Lumia 520's for around 50. |

Thanks for the replies.
It is the 8s. It does still work and now has come away from the LCD. Might get the digitizer just to have a go and see if it works. |
