I'm of the opinion that nasty hypocrite monster Alfie meant for Kat to be trapped there, like the nasty piece of work he is. Wouldn't surprise me if Ernie was in on it too the little scrote.

I found it very emotional and really wasn't expecting to since I don't much care for the current Slater/Moons. It was pretty hard not to cry. Very sad episode with wonderful performances. I did find Stacey weirdly underwhelming though, she really didn't sell "panic stricken mother in desperate search for her child" at all well.

There was too much going on for me to zone in on this

Sharon certainly didn't...which was a bit of a surprise given that one of the men she was once going to marry was a firefighter that died during the fire that killed little mo's psycho ex trevor

I didn't get emotional. It all seemed too contrieved, like it was done for the sake of having some drama. In a few months, Kat's skin will be looking as good as it did on Monday.

I shed a tear at the mention of Jim!

I really hoped they were going to mention that!

This. Mo was underused while Kat and Alfie were inside the house. Commenting that the house was cursed on account that this was the second time in 12 years that the house had gone up really seems like something that she would say.
