I think the main thing i like about them is that she cares for Tam, she actually gets his dry sense fo humour and smiles/laughs and it kinda just works and she instantly seems to know something is bothering him ever since the whole Masood going off the rails thing

Thankfully enough, Nancy (and many other girls like her) look past the superficial standards that you've spoken about here and value things like kindness, empathy and self-deprecation far more than how good looking or tough a guy is.

You know Tamwar is a good man, a kind man... and its rare these days to have that. Dont mock that about a person 
I wouldn't mind Nancy and Tam getting together, they work well together, I don't want Nancy to be with Dexter

I agree, they would be great together, so different, but in a good way.
I think Nancy would be good for Tamwar. He needs to brought out of his shell a bit. Tamwar is on the quiet side (like me), but there is value in that. You don't have to be loud or in-yer-face to have a personality.
The pairing might be the death of Nancy, as Abi was a recurring Character, she brought Jay down, and Jay had a little less screen time as before they got together!

Thats what i want Tam to be more, come out of his shell... this fire incident will affect him and hope to see more of it
