I think it's quite okay for people on here to think it's down to Leona - she wanted Trouble as the lead single for god sake she clearly shouldn't be making any more decisions it's not even in the top half of the album. I mean, she moves to a label and we all think it will run smoothly and theres more 'problem's, I wouldn't be annoyed if people thought it was Leona as the same happened on Syco!

And she also picked Bleeding Love as lead single so I don't get the generalisation. As far as we know the era isn't even supposed so start yet. It could have been February or March from the beginning, it's only the fans that thought the era would start early Jan

Of course, my point was that with Spirit there were 3/4 songs that could've slayed as the lead - Yesterday, Bleeding Love, Take A Boy, Better In Time. So, any of those 4 (mainly first 3) she could've picked and it would've been fine. But with Glassheart, Trouble isn't even top 5, so I dont understand for a second why she thought that would be the lead single - her judgement isn't the same as it was with Spirit.

Also, Knowall just said there was a "delay", so I think it's safe to say that it was meant to have started now.

Let's be clear.. And to put all the speculation to bed!..Leona did not want Trouble as her first single from the Glassheart album.. The first single was supposed to be Come Alive.. That was why she did the radio1 Hackney Festival.. Radio 1 wanted that song for their station on rotation..
Her choice for the second single was Glassheart.. It was the Lable that decided to go with Trouble because they felt that trouble would keep Leona in her own lane tempo and musically wise with all the tempo stuff that was being played in that period ..Then they made the Love bird video to keep the tempo..And we all know what happened there!.. This is one of many reasons that Leona finds herself in this current position..so please don't blame Leona..

FINALLY! Come Alive and Glassheart all we wanted from her. I'm glad she wanted those two tracks as singles (because they're easily the best ones on the album).

Yes it was very hard for her..You would not make the decision to leave one of biggest record companies in the world if all was good!..

So happy that Leona wanted Come Alive and GH, she would have been on top of the world 2012-2013 if stupid Syco had a braincell between them!!

I have heard the album.. I don't get excited about much but ..Trust me it is by far the greatest album that Leona has ever made. It's fantastic to say the least.. Toby Gadd and Leona Lewis are a dream team musically... There are no album fillers every song could be a single.. this info also comes from all the high fliers and low fliers at Universal and Island.. Trust me again this is well well well worth waiting for..

So good to hear from you again. Now, if only you could get your hands on another clip (or preferably a longer clip of FUMF) we would be even happier.

I do not want to be suspicious or something just thinking that actually Leona never spoke about Glassheart as a single she would like to release,in all the interviews she always mentions other singles as her favorite like fireflies, unlove me, i to you..and she said that trouble was her main favorite (maybe this could be just marketing campaign, promote the single you release)...plus in an interview the interviewer asked her if she would like to release an uptempo..and she mentioned shake you up..

In addition, ok that the label wanted to stay true to what Leona is, but when a song is good , it's just good! ..you can definetely say GH is an instant hit(like Burn) and back in the days it was much powerful than collide.......and to me I find hard that the label did not see the potential of GH as lead single, that preferred release collide trouble and lovebird before GH. It's not like oh well I do not if releasing happy or broken, or BL vs better in time that are both really good single choices.

So now that the problem seems choosing the single, isn't way better if more people (i don't mean everybody) can hear the 6 potential singles,and not just the label members,to see what's the best reaction.. This is just me thinking in a rational way, the comment do not want to attack anybody
