What the best storyline ever you have followed?
It can be from any soap.
Mine has been Paige revealed from Neighbours from Kathy explaining what she has done. Lauren reaction then having hope losing hope then finding out Paige is her daughter. I just like the mother and daughter reunion and loving Paige acceptance of the Turner/ Willis.Plus the forgiveness of Paige to Kathy like it was final. |

Emmerdale would be Cameron or when Natasha killed mark, I really liked that Corrie I can't think of a major storyline that's ever appealed to me really, kirsty and Tyrone was good though! |

It seemed to be hated on here, but I LOVED the Jackson suicide on Emmerdale. From the moment of the crash all the way through. It felt realistic and well-timed. And I was in absolute bits at the final scenes with the mother unable to pass him the poison and Aaron having to do it. Still brings a lump to my throat thinking about it.

I have really enjoyed the Paige story in Neighbours and I didn't think I would.
Others I have followed were - Lisa Hunter's self harm in Hollyoaks - Hannah Ashworths anorexia Holllyoaks - Ruth's breakdown in Doctors |

I loved who killed archie and danielle and ronnie on eastenders, and almost every storyline from santer era, I'm quite liking dtc' stories too!

Emmerdale for me the Wylde incest/murder storyline. It's what made me start watching regularly.

Den Watts' murder and the aftermath, which basically ran for a whole year in 2005. It was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. There were so many twists and turns that you genuinely didn't know how it was going to conclude; and by the end effectively every character in the show had been involved in some way. And, of course, the fabulous Chrissie Watts ran circles around everybody, which was fantastic to watch.

![]() I loved Aaron's Gay Self-Loathing & Killer Cameron, and the recent Donna storyline had me hooked. |

Stacey's bi polar
In Home and Away there was a story where someone's dad was in hospital in a coma and his young girlfriend was trying to con him out of money and she ended up having to keep him alive for a fortnight. It was really cleverly done with lots of plot twists and turns. |

The whole John Stape 'Accidental Murderer' sl in Corrie. Dramatic and hilarious in equal measure. I doubt we'll ever see anyone like The Stapemeister again.

Corrie - Loved the Deirdre/ken/Mike love triangle and the Free the weatherfield one story, and Gail Platt/serial killer story. EE - Loved Ethels death by Dot, Sharon/Grant/Phil/Michelle affair reveal and death of Tiffany (I actually cried at the death scene) HO - The entire McDean love story and the consequences to other people including Hannahs anorexia being brought on because she felt she wasn't good enough. Believable storytelling throughout...the last good writing I've seen on HO! |

There have been loads in the past, I'd be here all day, but currently the whole Charity & Declan storyline is exciting with all the twists and turns.

Ee kat and zoe storyline was the best. Also found the little mo and trevor storyline fascinating.
Tbh i think eastenders has had the best storylines in the past but thats fizzled out now. I dipped in and out of corrie when sarah lou was pregnant and i think if i rewatched it now then that would be one of the top ones. Looks like i missed the best of corrie as i missed out on the hilman years too. |
