3 more years maximum, i know Danny Dyer said he wants to stay at EastEnders as long as Adam Woodyatt but somehow i can't see it.
Yeah id agree around 3 years. The minute a new EP comes in and doesn't use the Carters as much, I imagine he'll get bored and want to be off into movies again.

Out of interest, what is the longest length of time EE has had an EP? Also, what's the average on other soaps?
I'd like to see Danny stay for a long time and I can see that happening, especially if he's able to do a film every now and again.

Julia Smith was producer for four years from 1985 to 1989. The only other EP to come close is Santer who was credited for three and a half years from January 2007 to June 2010.
Producers usually stay for two years. Phil Collinson is a recent exception for Corrie as he did almost three years.
