Exactly. I would have thought a rape victim's sex life would sway the jury, even if it's subconsciously. Maybe it would be relevant if the defendent had had sexual relations in the past with the rapist so they could categorise what type of rape it is but other than that, I think the victim has a right to privacy.

Sienna is mentally ill though and her actions have stemmed from that. It doesn't excuse her actions but Nancy cannot defend all her actions by pretending that she was ill. She has intentionally done a lot of spiteful things and made poor judgements.

Also, Sienna is more stylish

In this case when JP was knocked out and raped how can his sex life make any difference? What if there homophobes in the jury?

Nancy had every right to be angry and want Sienna jailed for tieing her family apart nearly killing the kids, slaming Nancys head throw a table and putting her in the back of the car trunk.

The longer patrick keeps Sienna locked in the more crazy she'll get and won't stop until Dodger and Nico know the truth.

Well, she does not consider JP her friend anymore so she probably does not care.

Liked the Myra and Dirk scenes in this ep.

She is a selfish cow now

She talks about the victims as if they are all in solidarity but she seems to be mainly annoyed not with the fact that she was almost raped but because her seedy fling will be revealed. I really hope it doesn't occur to her to lie about it; she doesn't really know how many other victims Finn has had.

He's trying to break her though and bring her back into his control, except with her being an adult she's not going to run crying back to daddy. Again, it's infantilising her as he did to some extent with Maxine.

Really? I'm not surprised that her first reaction is to want to keep all of that quiet. Firstly she is ashamed of herself and secondly it will jeopardise her future with Darren. If I were in her shoes I would want to try every which way to make sure none of that came out. Of course she wants Finn convicted but she wants to protect her children and her future too

No offense buy maybe she should have thought of that before she slept with someone else

Are you serious? You actually need a reality check from half of your posts

So if you was having an affair and got raped, you would rather cover it up then admit to it to save you reputation. How would it protect her children? It wouldn't one bit. Her children would be far more safer with a rapist behind bars

I bloody hope your never in JP or Nancy's position.

Too right she should be ashamed from putting herself about. I know Darren is the biggest idiot at times but even he is too good for Nancy.

Nancy is one of the most selfish people people in soap. Always thinks he is better than others and never takes responsibility for her actions. She just goes through life doing what she wants and if somebody pulls her up on it she never admits she is wrong.

This is exactly how I have always felt about Nancy. She was just a plain nasty bitch to JP when basically telling him to man up. I sort of wish he would tell Mercy so she can knock Nancy the f*** out.

Worst part is that Jake attempted to rape her, but yet she is still just as nasty and could do no wrong.

This is true. Remember her during the Silas storyline and how she treated Lynsey?

Maybe people should wait to see the scenes before presuming Nancy will lie in court to protect her secret, plus she said victims rather than names because it makes more sense.

Having said that i don't like how she's been acting recently.

I agree, I feel sorry for her after what happened with Finn. I wouldn't wish rape on anybody. No matter how horrible Nancy is but I don't feel sorry for her with the whole Rick nonsense. It was her fault, she was the one who decided to sleep with someone else.

Well in this case it becomes relevant because Finn is saying he was groomed and was convinced by JP to enter into sexual relations with him. So the defense is going to go after other incidents where he might have pressured others or lied about sex in order make Finn sound credible.

Its unfair I know because Finn is lying, but the defense is going act as if what he is saying is the truth until proven otherwise.
