Oh gee, lol, thanks. Yes I'll go watch Hollyoaks JUST because I want to watch gay couplings.

Sorry for having an opinion I happen to think Aaron/Finn would be alright. Do I need to agree with the scriptwriter? It's only opinion. Two single gay guys in a village wouldn't have a hope of getting together? Just like all those romcoms where a guy and girl's eyes HAPPEN to meet in a room full of singletons and they get together. Sheesh, who'd have thought.

Look, I'm not in charge and we're all gonna have to just watch what we get. But yeah, I still think Finn could bring Aaron out a bit.

Aaron and Ross are just the same expect Aaron's gay. Both have lost someone they have loved, both don't get on with there parents.

He didn't. He was lucky they agreed to take him back.

Roll on the new year.

Yes. Ross has charm when he is car-jacking women or sexually assaulting them or beating old age pensioners almost to death without a shred of guilt or throwing temper tantrums every 5 minutes.

All I'm saying is what the actor's and Kate Oates has said why put them together just because they are gay even if they don't fit. Would you put Ashley and Victoria together just because they are straight and single?

This is it, exactly. Ross is a turd really, but Michael Parr is a good enough actor to give him some real depth and likability. I don't want to be too mean about Danny Miller but he just plays Aaron as one-note miserable, and that's his defence: "Aaron is a grumpy git." Well if that's all Aaron is, fine, but I reserve the right to find him totally unlikable and unsympathetic. And a bit boring, actually, because there's no depth there that I really want to explore. If that's who he is, take him or leave him, I'll leave him ta.

Who did he sexually assault?

Aaron has actually killed someone.

and considering he's had quite a lot of trouble from Ross since he came back it's no wonder he's still angry....

What is Aaron expected to do when someone has a go? Smile at them and give them a lecture over thier temper? No. Aaron will fight back.

Growing up does not mean you can no longer be grumpy.”

Agree completely.

Part of the bad acting culture that is Emmerdale farm. SB knew what to do with the character KO doesn't have a clue.

In his first few episodes back I think he'd changed a bit and was less moody and mean.

However, him being back in the Woolpack....he's back to being normal Aaron!

SB did have the advantage of planning the storylines and having them written well in advance. While I have no liking for anything KO has done so far, she did have to slot him in somewhere at the last minute.

Is it really believable that he would get off scot-free with two serious crimes. One you could understand as the law is sometimes lenient but twice? surely no one's that lucky.

Assisted suicide is still illegal in the UK as is conspiring to pervert the course of justice and then doing a runner.

Just as I reserve the right to find Michael Parr over-rated playing Ross as a temper tantrum throwing violent thug with few redeemable feaures. Boring if we all felt the same about the characters.

Yes, of course!

Though I'm right and you're wrong. Ross is amazing.

Honestly, I'm interested to see if I warm to Aaron. I wonder what they've got planned for him. But it's really not happening for me at all right now.

And that's what's so great we all like different things. It would be so boring if we liked the same stuff.

He needs a granny figure type in his life. I like Chas but she's a terrible mother

Pearl seemed to be very much a part of Aaron's life before hand, would be nice to see them two have a scene again.

Wow... its funny how people see things differently.

I love Aaron's character - he has always been a nasty, rude sour git and I wouldn't want that to change just because he's 'out and proud'.

My O/H actually says a lot of the stuff you guys are saying about Aaron, about Ross. He can't stand him - thinks he's just nasty and one note and always looking for a fight.

I'm starting to dislike Ross tbh, but he and Aaron are so alike in so many ways. They're both grumpy and will fly off the handle at the slightest little thing...

but Aaron's gorgeous so I will allow his bad temprement
