Yes very poor continuity there. They might never have been close friends or shared many scenes but Shabnam did know Bradley. They lived on the same square together for 18 months.

I suppose they're using it as a way to make Stacey and Shabnam develop a friendship. They are both in the same age range, and I think have potential to get along as friends.

But I have to agree, that was poor continuity.

I could've sworn Shabnam said ''he looked like a nice guy'', which jarred on me because I instantly thought of that period on the show when both characters lived on the Square. It just sounded so wrong. Shabnam and Bradley weren't strangers.

To be fair she didn't say she'd never seen him before - just that he looked nice which she may have thought when he was alive. Seen him around the Square, thought he looked nice but didn't actually get to know him.

I don't remember Shabnam being friends with Deano back then but apparently they were? Well, I only remember Deano having the initial scenes with Bradley when he first arrived and then nothing....so maybe Shabnam and Deano interacted and Bracey went their own way?

Well shabnam and carly where friends so she would have seen Deano everytime she called round to see carly or when they where heading out.

I remember many scenes of carley Deano shabnam bradley and stacey in the RnR together

No watching it back what shabnam actually said to Stacey was *He looks like a really nice man*

I thought it was very poor continuity that Denise and Patrick weren't shown reacting to the fire. Has the writer forgotten that it was them who lost everything in the B & B fire? Patrick even lost his hat. Yes, good that Tam was shown reacting, but Denise seemed completely blase about it.

I don't remember any specific scenes between Shabnam and Deano but the two families (Foxes/wicks and Masoods) did interact a fiar amount due to Denise working first with Shabnam and then Zainab at the Post Office and becoming frenemies. I remember them having dinner round each others houses at least once so Shabs knowing Deano better than she did Stacey or Bradley seems plausible to me, even if we didn't see it on screen.

Shabnam did spend A fair amount of time with Dawn, Carly and Chelsea as they were similar ages didn't she or have I imagined that?
