Hi all

If I go on to this website via my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1:

http://www.ysrnry.co.uk/ys1.htm

... and click on the front cover of that magazine that's showing, I just get a blank page. It works perfectly fine on my laptop but not on the Note.

Anyone know how I can correct the problem?

Thanks.

I'm not sure that there is anything that you can do.

I would say that it is down to fact that the HTML for the page containing the larger image is invalid. Your laptop has ignored this and made a judgement and corrected the error however the tablet is not sure what to do.

I assume that you can view the image on your Galaxy Note via this link?

Unfortunately the same result. But for some reason, I tried doing the same thing with an Apple iPhone and there's no problem whatsoever.

Is something wrong with Samsung?

Maybe somebody with the same model will click on my link and clarify whether there is a problem with your Samsung or Samsungs in general.

I find it hard to believe that any device would have a problem displaying a relatively small jpg.

I tried it on both my Samsung galaxy tab pro 10.1 and my Samsung galaxy S5 and it displays the picture. I'm using the stock browser.

.
I tried clicking the link with a Samsung Mini as well as an S3. Again, same problem.

Do you think there's some sort of setting problem on all of my Samsungs?

I have no idea. It's weird though.

Ignore my first post. It was incorrect.

I believe that the problem is that the site uses FTP to display the image rather than HTTP.

It might be worth looking at the browser settings to see if there any restrictions on FTP.

Browser settings seem to be fine. I've enabled JavaScript as well as plug-ins if any of them make any difference.
