"Mr Dawson? This is the Police! We know you're in there! Come out now, and you will not be in as much trouble."
Ashley sighed and walked into the hallway. He counted to 3 before opening the door.
"Hi," he grumbled.
"Ashley Dawson, you are under arrest for impersonating a prison guard and breaking out of prison. And this time, you'll be staying in a cell for a very long time, son."
Ashley gulped.
OPENING TITLES
Officer Keet grabbed Ashley and turned him around. He attached the handcuffs to his wrists before pushing him towards the Police car. Ashley sat in it and stared out of the window as Lori walked past. She smirked at him before the car drove off.
Liam climbed out of the taxi. He passed him a £20 note before dragging his suitcases up to the door of his house. He knocked on it and Shayla opened the door. She smiled.
"Li!" She grinned, engulfing him into a massive hug.
Oliver "Olly" Carroll walked along the road towards the pub. He walked into the pub and over to the bar, where Amelia was serving a man. Olly looked around and noticed Lauren, who was sat in the corner of the room. He made his way over to her. She had her hair tied back and she was wearing a normal t-shirt.
"You OK, Lauren?"
Lauren looked up at him and nodded.
"I'm fine," she snapped.
"You don't look it."
Lauren sighed.
"Just leave me alone," Lauren hissed.
"Not until you tell me what's..."
"There is nothing wrong!" Lauren screamed, standing up. The table fell to the side and everybody in the pub turned to look at her. "Why can't any of you see that? Can't you all just leave me alone, or do you all have such pathetic lives that you've got to interfere with mine!?"
Amelia turned to Lauren.
"Lauren," Amelia growled.
"Oh, be quiet!" Lauren shouted. "Nobody wants to hear anything you say! You're just a mean, lying bitch!"
"Lauren?" Danny asked as he walked into the pub, followed by Ryan. Ewan and Zayn walked in after them. Lauren stared at the three men before pacing towards them. She pushed past them and stormed out of the pub. Danny watched as she made her way away from the Dolphin.
"You should be OK to go today," a doctor said to Joey as he helped Joey out of the bed. Joey nodded.
"Thanks, doc," he grinned.
Lighters- Eminem ft. Bruno Mars plays.
Lauren sat on the bench, crying to herself.
"Are you OK?" A female voice asked. Lauren looked up to see Marge.
"I just wish people would stop asking me that," Lauren sighed. Marge sat down next to Lauren.
"Now, are you going to tell me what's wrong?"
Lauren shrugged her shoulders.
"C'mon, I'm getting old. You're going to regret it if you don't tell me now. And you might not be able to tell me when you feel like it."
Lauren looked up at Marge.
"Life is short," Marge whispered. "You should take every opportunity you can. Make a list of things to do and then do it all. Then, maybe one day, you can start a family. That's the mistake I made all those years ago."
"There's little chance of that now," Lauren whispered as a tear rolled down her cheek.
"In what way, darling?"
"I'm pregnant..." she whispered.
Marge went silent. After a minute, she rubbed Lauren's leg.
"When I was 16, I fell pregnant. I was working at the chippy, and he was a loyal customer. I felt so bad; so dirty. I didn't feel ready. I questioned whether or not I should do it; once I gave birth, just leave it for another couple. I decided I would, but then I went into labour. I looked down at his small, frail body. 8.1lbs, he weighed. And I cried. For the first time in my life, I cried; properly. And I couldn't do it. He was part of me; if I had of got rid of him, I would of got rid of part of me. And for what? So I could go out drinking? See, we're judged on our actions; by what we do. Some people are too quick to judge. But the thing is, nobody thinks about how we feel. How do we feel when we murder somebody? When we punch somebody? When we become addicted to something? When we become pregnant? Nobody understands, they just judge. And if you can't deal with that, deal with the fact that people are jealous, and always will be, of you, then what can you do? You can carry on. No matter what, you don't give up. You carry on smiling, carry on fighting. Because you're you; you're who you are. And if, even for a second, you forget that, show a sign of weakness, then you're giving up. And fighters don't give up. WE don't give up, Lauren. We carry on. So you can have that baby. You can start you're family. And when we you do, you remember this speech, because I tell you, it's true. You're Lauren Ashmore. And you carry on. You fight."
