They are lovely Sainsbury's Cheese Twists. Careful now, they are high in fat and other things because my GP has said I must cut down as I risk death from them. Limit them to one or two a week. Still nice though. Love them at 7:30am because the baker has an aassisitiant now who can help produce them for morning time. Lovely cheese twists had one this morning but only one!

I don't know what a cheese twist is but I'm guessing it's a cheese pastry thing. If so, well of course it's unhealthy, and eating them at 7:30 in the morning? Would you really need a doctor to tell you that it's unhealthy? Don't answer that, from your spelling and grammar I'm guessing your brain somewhat resembles a cheese twist.

Crossoant (Forgotten how to spell it) and the ones with chocolate in it are so much better and Lidl make the good ones.

How do you know they are better than Lidl's if you haven't tried them lol?

You'd be able to buy twice the amount of pastries or put the change towards your coffee!!
