I'm more interested in how exactly they are going to kill them.
Heart disease, strokes and certain cancers I suppose

You know Toby, I'm amazed there is a thread about these twists coz I was going to start a thread about the very same cheese twists a few weeks ago as I got into a barney over them.

Our large Sainsbury store is a few miles away and Mrs, S and the kids like these cheese Twists but no matter what time I popped in they had all gone, this was a recent happening.

Until not long ago I saw a guy bag up a whole tray and not long after, another visit saw the same guy do it again and figured he is buying and reselling else where.

Seconded time around I complained, with him at the check out.

I have been back but now the in-house baker tells me that when they get them it's an order mistake as they have stopped doing them.

He explained to me they get the mix in and simply bung them in the ovens as they can't throw the mix away.

I'm not fussed but Mrs.S and the kids think they're tasty but I would imagine they are calorie busters.

I have wondered if it's the baker is not ordering the mix for deadline reasons or if our store has just decided to stop selling them.

Maybe I scared them.
I suppose it depends on the size of the store, some may make them, others get them frozen, i have not even seen these twists and I work in a Sainsburys, I suppose because I don't normally go onto the shop-floor that often these days.

I saw cheese twists are '3 for 2' at the moment in Sainsbury's.

I have some & dip ready to have with some beers later
