EE- Will a Lucy twist happen on the 9th December?

Tuesday 9th December this year is what would have been Lucy Beale's 21st birthday. I think we'll see some touching Ian and Peter scenes as they experience Lucy's birthday without her.

Will a twist in the murder investigation happen on this day?

I'm not sure all I can say is I hope this episode matched the beauty of the episodes in the week after Lucy's death. I want to see Peter and Lauren coming together.

I think with this storyline they need to throw some very good twists at us, because a lot of the viewers are bored of it now. I can't blame them, we barely see any development so I'm hoping more and more things spill as we move closer to February! They need to make it a very very very very very very very very very very good reveal though! Especially if it will be celebrating the shows 30th, Infact I hope it isn't the only storyline at the time!

I hope Lauren and peter just get together if they are going to though, so bored of the whole will they/won't they, peter IMO is played by a very poor actor, but adam, Diane and Laurie's fantastic acting have carried this story through! The Steve and adam scene was just beautiful!

That's a nice idea.

The great thing about this story is that all though the twists and plot developments are quite slow and spaced out, we also get a break from the story in between, so that when the next twist pops up, it reinvigorates our interest.

I'd prefer a Lucy jive myself but she can't dance- she's dead.

no the twist is going to be on new years day. I would imagine the birthday will just focus on how ian and peter cope with it
