Couldn't get access to other countries content on Netflix, gave Unblock-Us a brief email & within a couple of hours they emailed me back with a possible solution to try. Just powered up the PS4 and put in the new settings & boom have got access to all countries Netflix once again. While I appreciate that this could be a game of whack a mole with having to put in new settings every so often, but that isn't a problem.
when you say new setting what do you mean? change the dns server?

Yes new DNS settings, when you email them stating about the geo-blocking, they email you a primary DNS & secondary DNS which are different to your existing ones.

Going to be a case of whack-a-mole for Netflix then by the sound of it. With a minor inconvenience to the viewer.

Major case of whack-a-mole for Netflix, what with all the VPN / DNS providers out there. And while Netflix are spending all the time whacking them down, VPN / DNS providers will always be looking for ways to bypass it. It is like torrents all over again, they claimed that piracy would be over, but hackers are always one step ahead.

I had the same problem. The new dns settings work but not always. Also Ad-free Time's settings aren't working any more.

If u sub to premier league pass using a vpn in the uk amd using a uk credit card - 12-18 months later you get an email with (in casual New Zealand speak) the subject 'potentially sneaky user' and the email basically says you need to prove your in New Zealand - call this New Zealand number and / or submit I'd etc...

So one way netflix can stop filthy vpn pirate scum from giving them money is to create a system that cross checks billing addresses with regions watched. Perhaps allowing for one region change every 2 months.

But then, premierleague pass is in 3-4 countries I think - NZ, phillipeans and Taiwan vs 190+ countries of netflix

The first 4 digits of your credit/debit card identify what country the card was issued in, Netflix could say you're only allowed in the country of your card pretty easily, but that would cost them customers.

Also they have the complication that the EU may end up banning geo-blocking.

With a bit of luck, we won't be in the EU soon.

Ad-freetime still working fine here. Haven't needed to change any DNS settings just update the IP address when the message appears.

Why don't you contact Unotelly support, they may have an alternative setup option for you like Unblockus have done for their customers.

It is just a pop up message box that automatically appears when I am on the screen that displays the netflix regions. It is just a matter of clicking this message box to accept the updated IP address. I guess it happens about 4/5 times a week on average.

I use a PS3 for watching netflix - maybe you are on a different set up?

From Unotelly

Make sure that Netflix is set to US Legacy Ada under the dynamo settings page. Here's how you can set or change the dynamo settings.

I have asked about other regions as this is only for the US. WAITING to hear back

I did it was the first thing i did actually and at the time of writing the original post only the USA region was available via a test server.

The film i wanted to watch was on a different region but when i checked again last night other regions where beginning to become available again for how long is any ones guess.

Using unblock-us today on my ps4 i suddenly keep getting the message “You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy. Please turn off any of these services and try again.”

I've never had this before.

If it does come to the point where i can't use my unblocker for other countries, I will most likely get rid of Netflix all together. I don't even use NETFLIX UK because of how poor it's selection tv shows and films are. America and Canada are my favs.

Un block still working for me, switched several times yesterday. I suppose one thing NF could do is limit the amount of times you can switch in a day/hour/week.
