Got the new dns numbers after an email to unblock

USA

one worked one didn't (at 2pm) just checked and it doesn't work

I could however use them for Belgium so maybe its just usa Netflix they are concentrating on

I don't pay for unblock us and share netflix - £3.50pm for uk is fine with me (can get the stuff I was watching n before being so rudely interrupted for free anyway)

I don't get the obsession with USA Netflix, I've always found Canada and Australia to have better film libraries.

While on the subject can anyone recommend a reliable free service to unlock your DNS settings? I've been subscribing to unblock-us but lately I've mostly just used UK Netflix as the content seems to have improved, so just wondered if there was a reliable free way to access international content?

Not quite free but I have been using Ad-Freetime for two years and its just £1.20 per month. It also has an app so you can change regions from that.

I'd just stick with stick with Unblock US?. It's £3.00 a month or so, I pay yearly so it's like £2.50 a month.

Got this email from UnoTelly last night. Seems PayPal must have been leaned on? Not sure what the exciting products in the pipeline mentioned at the bottom are?

Thank you for your continued support at UnoTelly. My name is Nicholas Lin, and I’m the founder of UnoTelly.

On February 3rd, 2016, Paypal has severed payment processing agreement unilaterally and without prior warning. Paypal indicated that UnoTelly is not allowed to provide services that enable open and unrestricted Internet access.

As result, UnoTelly can no longer accept payment from Paypal. This development is outside of our control, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

If you believe in an open Internet and value the services UnoTelly is providing, I hope you would continue your subscription by updating your payment method from Paypal to credit card.

Here is how to update your payment method: http://help.unotelly.com/support/solutions/articles/216145

Thank you again for your support.

Best Regards,

Nicholas Lin

CEO

UnoTelly.com

p.s. In the next few months, we have several new exciting products in the pipeline. We hope that you could be part of this revolution!

I wasn't aware Paypal operated from China, who knew...

Have you contacted UnblockUs? They've got it working again for those that have given them the info they've asked for.

You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy
Last Updated: Feb 03, 2016 08:11PM EST
For those experiencing the “You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy” message on a streaming service, we have a solution. Please contact our support team to have your Unblock Us account updated. Once your account has been updated, we will let you know. Then we have some simple steps for you to follow. To make sure there is no confusion, our agents will provide you with the list of the steps when they confirm that your account has been updated.

It will involved changing the DNS, restarting your device, updating the streaming service region and then trying to view a streaming service title.

Click here if you are getting the “You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy” error when you are trying to watch a streaming service program and we will make an update to your account.

Unblock Us enhances your streaming experience by helping defeat internet throttling and providing a secure experience free from 3rd party redirect spamming and internet spoofing. Do you have to use an application / website each time you wish to watch a certain countries Netflix, or does everything get shown on the screen without the need of changing regions ?.

Thanks

Why do I get the feeling this has just been bolted on at the end so that they can refuse to hounour any subscription refund requests once (if) their attempts to beat Netflix have failed?

They've known for years that "cheating" the region to view content is a breach of their TOS, yet they've advertised for years that this is what they offer, taken money for years, and now they're suddenly reminding us about a TOS they're complicit in breaching????

Perhaps you should wait until they refuse to honour your refund request, before you assume that they will refuse to honour your refund request.

Unblock-us actually have a really good track record with their customers.

1. I don't have a sub with them.
2. I was merely hypothesising as part of the discussion (you know being in a discussion forum and all that).

I think it's more a point of them saying "Look Netflix, we're doing our part" in a hope of appeasing the TV/Film Companies.

I cancelled my netflix and unblock suscriptions some 2 weeks ago because i knew this would happen. When the studios contact Netflix that there Films and TV are being accessed by proxy what did you expect them to do just sit back. Bottom line is in 4 or 5 weeks time i will be surprised if you will be able to view any region except your own. it was good whilst it lasted.

I have never had any problems with Netflix and unblock-us and will continue to use them while they work.

I have noticed that unblock-us have changed the advertising on their site selling their service as a security solution rather than something for accessing foreign tv and film services.

My Unblockus stopped working last night due to the payment issue, so am now using Ad Free Time. Seems to be working a treat, with the only slight exception of having to turn off the device and switching it back on for the new region to take effect.

Started getting the dreaded "you seem to be using a proxy or unblocker service" messages today.
Have emailed unblock us and they gave me 2 new DNS numbers.
I still get the error unfortunately.
