I don't believe MIssy was credited in into the dalek either, I guess they don't credit them if it's an extremely brief appearance.

Yes, he spoke - did a whole Yoda speech to arrange their date at 7:`15 - all the right words in the wrong order.

I am surprised that is all. Credits are very important to the industry. It's sloppy a bit like the episode itself.
