Despite Lauren being the better act imo, the main demographic of the show will be more threatened by Lauren than they ever would be of Sam Bailey so that's what would always seperate them in the votes.

I like Lauren too.

I did get questioned the once for it on another Forum that I go on as they thought that I was a 40 year old perving on a 17 year old girl, it was only when I told them that I was 18 that they understood.

Seriously though some people seem to think that we live in America with the horrified reaction of anyone past their teens fancying Lauren.

She's a very pretty girl that will probably look even better when she gets older, there's no shame for any guy to find her attractive personally.

Although I now believe Lauren is the best female singer of season 11, that definitely wouldn't be the case in season 10, I think she would have had a much better chance to win in season 8 (Little mix won that one). Although she would have made it to top 8 in season 10, it would be difficult to predict at what place she would have ended up at.

Very true. For a long time I thought something is wrong with me for especially since I thought a girl has to be 18 so you are not doing anything illegal, but now that I know that the legal age here is 15 it makes me feel much better. Some people will always look at you in a weird way though, but who cares what they think. Every time I walk through town I see at least one high school girl (we usually go to high school at the age of 15 here) who looks much better than many women of my age. I simply prefer them younger for a few different reasons (16+).
Honestly, if I saw a 50 years old man making out with a 17 years old girl who looks like Lauren or better, as long as he isn't doing anything illegal I would give that man a high five and shake his hand.

Funny reason . I just checked her twitter and was actually surprised to see how many followers Cher got since 2010, good for her.

Yup, probably because of that hehe :P Perhaps you will be one of the lucky ones who might get a follow in the future It can't be easy for her though with over 200k twitter followers, it will be even harder when she will double that number if her career kicks off after the tour.

Who knows maybe one day she'll follow you on Twitter.

But I personally think she would like the complement about her looks.

Nice to see that she had a moment last night, I am a proud Platter http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/new...tor_Live_Tour/

Everyone joined in for a good old fashioned sing-a-long when Lauren Platt took to the stage to perform Let It Go, the song made famous by Disney’s Frozen.

With the lyrics on the big screens, every voice could be heard belting out the words in true karaoke style.

Angelic Lauren didn’t need the dancers or effects during her performances; her voice was powerful enough to mesmerise the audience.

The youngster stood alone as she sang slowed down versions of Happy and How Will I Know with ease, and her rendition of Don’t You Worry Child was enough to bring a tear to your eye.

She does the dancing well and glad she's doing some but don't like how she was pressured into them by her haters

I'm sure she would have eventually started dancing at her own pace

Some people can't accept you don't need to dance to be entertaining or they are just using it as an excuse to criticise as they are jealous

Either way she is enjoying the dancing at least all that matters

She does seem to be enjoying it. I think it is good they picked Happy and How will I know since both songs allow her to dance a bit, at least the label scouts who might be watching can see that she can do more than just stand on stage and sing (Let it go, Don't you worry child), although she has proved that already during the show.

It takes more than just listening to good or great vocals to keep some people entertained. I fall in the category of people who only need a male or female singer to give us a good or great vocal performance to be entertained, I don't care if the singer just stands at one place and I couldn't care less about dancing. This tour has something to make everyone happy.

I can't wait to hear Paul's performances hopefully early tomorrow!!!
