If you really want that follow, don't give up because it could happen to you too. Just having her as a follower makes me feel great since I am a huge fan, but I won't even send her any DMs anytime soon because I don't want to be annoying. Just being more active in the last 2 months by replying to, retweeting and favouriting most of her tweets probably helped a lot with achieving my goal and she noticed me, I guess. I probably asked her for a follow in a reply once or maybe twice per week, those people who seem to be spamming all the time with "follow me" tweets don't get lucky too often in my opinion, perhaps just slightly annoying instead.
Today I simply replied with a nice comment to one of her tweets about youtube and in the 2nd one right after I asked for a follow and mentioned that I will turn 25 in 3 days, I assume that helped . Now I will just continue doing what I have been doing lately and be as supportive as I possibly can.

That depends on how you rate them and it also depends on personal opinion. Vocally out of all performances I have a hard time choosing between What a feeling, Smile and Don't you worry child from Newcastle tour (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPRNSLATZ0s), followed closely behind those 3 by I know where I've been. Out of all the songs that she sang this cover is probably my favourite. I have listened to it close to a 100 times by now I guess. Despite there being a few vocally stronger performances and Smile being pretty much flawless, I would still put this first cover at number 1, I just love it that much... kind of addicted to it to be honest. Just my opinion

Whatever type or types of music will suit her voice perfectly, this cover was a perfect choice for her. I can't answer that question properly because I am currently not good at figuring out under what type of music certain songs fall in to. I could easily confuse 3 or 4 types for the other one. It looks like I will have to learn more about music types

What artists does she remind you of?

That is a tough question for me haha, it might be easier to answer after I hear more covers or possibly an original song. When I think of Lauren, no other female artist currently comes to mind, but that is probably only because I don't listen to radio much and I am not familiar with many names. I also keep hearing the same songs over and over again from the same artists.
I could be wrong, but there is maybe one female singer whom I haven't heard on the radio in months or I just picked the wrong time to drive the car. That singer got stuck in my memory for singing 2 or maybe 3 songs that would be perfect for Lauren, and in my opinion Lauren would even make them sound better because she has a nicer tone to her voice and is a better singer. I have no idea what her name is, I was trying to find out what it was and what she looks like by attempting to find at least one of those songs on youtube, unsuccessfully.

Maybe make this a little bit easier for me please, does Lauren remind you of any known female artist?
