I know, but I think she will still prefer to choose a location for that first demanded gig or gigs somewhere in the UK first. And she probably does have the most fans there, so I assume the UK gigs would have a better chance to be sold out. I could be wrong of course, I am only guessing what she might do. We will see

I still think SK have the best chance to get that contract and it could happen soon.

It has only been 6 months since the show ended. I have accepted the fact that it could take even a year or more before Lauren finally gets signed, but it will happen eventually (HOPEFULLY THIS YEAR). I would put together a great original song if I were her and send it to the right labels as a demo, it would probably be a little bit easier for her since she is already known for getting far on the x factor and has a nice amount of fans. At her best Lauren can be very good vocally so someone will get an idea what to do with her.

If I owned one of the labels and if money wasn't an issue, I would put together a perfect contract for Lauren after having a nice, long chat with her and then spend as much as it is necessary on promotion.

Perhaps it may seem like I believe that, but I think someone who is vocally only okay at best, but has a very unique voice has a good chance to get signed as well, as long as he or she sounds good. Hell, even someone who isn't unique or special in any way and is only okay at best like Jack ****ing Walton can get signed...

Lauren is definitely good enough and should have been signed months ago. To be honest, I think she will be even better a few years from now. Labels seem to be avoiding her for some reason, which is why I said it might take a while before it finally happens and she might have to do something more (hopefully not, I don't want her to have a hard time getting that contract) to convince them.

I think I will avoid your thread on main forum because I don't want to read it and not being able to resist replying to any Lauren haters or just people who have the same belief as my cousin (that she won't get signed) and starting an argument, I am just not in the mood to argue with them...

Lauren has consistency problems and is proving to be a real problem

In a way I sort of believe Cheryl should have told her at judges houses to go away for two years doing covers on YouTube and doing as many gigs as possible then come back in 2016 and she would be ready.

The only mistake Cheryl made last year was putting through Stephanie Nala instead of Kerrianne, Lauren belonged in the live shows without a doubt. I still think that inconsistency (for health reasons or not) during the live shows and a few tour dates, especially the last London show which should have been flawless but it wasn't, could be part of the reason why labels could be afraid of signing her or they simply lost interest in her after Let it go and that Dark horse video which lowered her chances and made her look bad until her redemption in week 7.

But I believe that after hearing her at her best, there is room for her in this industry and she belongs on the radio if the song is right.

Before we tore apart her Let it go performance today by finding all the mistakes she made, my cousin listened to her again after he forgot what she sounded like and he said this "zdej pa tud men ni več jasn kak je še niso signal" (translation: Now even I have no idea anymore why she hasn't been signed yet), and he is very critical. Just a few minutes before that he was saying that she will never get signed.

Sorry, I meant a mistake in the judges home lol, my bad. She made many wrong song choices in the lives, 4 kinda wrong song choices for Lauren as well (not counting Clarity, that was a good choice by Little Mix, just a bad time to be ill)...
