Nice of him to support her indeed, but I still don't like him.
As much as I love Lauren, am I the only fan who doesn't really like these pictures? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...ine-shoot.html

Awful comments in this article.

She made a surprise performance. Im sure if it was pre planned then the crowds would have been bigger.

Yeah it was only a surprise performance and we just have to ignore the haters

I've been checking out and commenting on the x factor related articles on Daily Mail for about two months and it is the perfect site for Lauren haters to gather and comment about her, up-voting each other's comments and feel good about themselves. If you write anything positive (or lets just say the truth), they will down-vote you instantly, it is quite funny actually and usually makes me laugh.
Ignoring them is the only option. Anyone who isn't tone deaf or blinded by hatred and can look past her mistakes during some of the live shows (which she will improve upon) should be able to tell, that based on her 2 best vocal performances she is a good singer.

I am now more curious to find out if she will get signed next year by someone.

Happy New Year Platters, hopefully we'll hear of something big for Lauren soon.

And the Daily Mail hates anyone that doesn't come across like they're from the dark ages, I would definitely ignore them.

Well done to her, one of the rare Essex contestants that didn't become all Towie to become more “interesting.”

I felt sorry for Lauren during this series that she got abuse for showing personality and being young and attractive, the same thing happened to Jack as well which was encouraged by Simon Cowell of course because he loved that Overs category.

Anyway being more in a positive mood again yes it's great news for her, if she can venture out elsewhere in the UK would be even better.

I have no doubt that she will, we will have to wait a few months though. This Essex award doesn't mean anything to me, but at least it is something. If I have to guess, she will get signed soon after the tour ends in March, we will see where she goes from there.

she just needs to keep promoting herself. keep going to clubs, and stuff singing when not on the tour. also fight for what she wants. dont expect to hear from them, chase the producers.

I just hope she doesnt do any surprise performances anymore last one didnt work.

I don't know if she sounded good during that surprise performance or not, but based on the pictures there were only about 20 people there and I am not surprised about that since people had no idea she was stopping by. No more surprise performances hopefully

After listening to Leona's x factor performances this morning, I'll be there song has been on my mind ever since. If I will just once this year hear Lauren sing that song without any problems when she is at 100% and nail it, I will be a happy man.
That X factor performance had potential to be one of my favourite performances by Lauren if the illness didn't get the better of her that night, so I can only hope she will perform that on tour or in a gig and someone will bother to record and upload it hehe.

I've noticed that and I'm worried, to be honest. For her own sake, I hope she won't have any health issues that would affect her vocals on tour. That will be her chance to maybe prove people wrong and gain additional fan base.

It's the time of year for people ESP singers to get poorly!

I wouldn't worry to much - one thing she doesn't eat enough veg - as reference to their semi finalist dinner lol - shel be fine on tour itl be good if she gets some vitamin c maybe get down the gym - shel need stamina and lots of water!!'

Hehe, it seems like she just prefers the chicken skin and other stuff over the vegetables, but then again so do I. I guess her immune system isn't as high as it could have been, so maybe changing her eating habits a bit could help with that, I don't know how it works.
I eat vegetables maybe twice per month if I feel like it, have no physical activity and sit in front of my computer for 12+ hours per day (I am not even close to being fat either) and yet I can't remember the last time I was sick (it must have been years).

Nah, she will be fine during the tour, I am only slightly worried now though
