Watching gets so boring when the viewers can predict what's going to happen 3 months in advance. Hardly surprising for me but read on peps...

Who predicted this?

Clearly it's a pregnancy scare, not a pregnancy.

I think what is meant is that we already predicted that she may fall pregnant or believe she is pregnant months ago. The show has become quite predictable - besides the Mick/Shirley twist and the identity of the killer, everything else has been predicted.
Charlie not being a copper, we guessed. Phil choosing Sharon, we guessed. Nick being alive, we guessed. Linda, Dean rape, we guessed and so on. But then it is probably hard to keep everything back because of what is played on screen.
I hope it is just a scare.

The reason we guessed those things is because EE gave us big clues. It's called foreshaddowing. Sometimes the audience is supposed to be aware, other times like with Honey and Jane's returns we are supposed to be left startled.

Plus, it is hard for them because of the amount of spoilers and leaks that happen. We can't objectively look at the forums and soaps section and then say we predicted stuff all on our own

These are story lines that pretty much hinted at and made this obvious. We were supposed to distrust Charlie, we were supposed to notice the building creepiness of Dean around Linda etc.

That's how a narrative works. Not everything is supposed to be a big jaw hanging shock. Some story lines simply develop normally as they should.

If you've guessed Dean will rape Linda then they've succeeded in developing the story and it will make sense when it unfolds onscreen. The intention behind a story like that is hardly "Haha! You didn't see that one coming!".

It makes sense.

This is why they included the scene where Linda said she wanted a baby all those months ago

Agree with all this. I also think people care too much about being surprised at every turn, while still reading every spoiler and wanting to know what happens next immediately. If the writers threw in plot twist after plot twist just to catch viewers out, people would still complain, but instead of calling it predictable they'd call it unbelievable.

Another thing, when there's a whole forum of people sharing theories about nearly every storyline one's bound to get it right, I'm betting Lucy's killer and motive has been guess correctly a few times.

If she is....I wonder if she'll keep it.....if Danny Dyer is leaving then I guess she might....

Of course we knew Nick wasn't dead, we saw a conversation between Les and Charlie talking about it not being his body they were burying!
