Thanks for flagging this up

I tried signing up and addressing this, but I think I need to be an approved poster. Roll Eyes

If you manage to get them to contact me on the forums, I'll check whether their exchange can support LLU or not. If it can, I'll look into changing their market area, or offering a deal similar.

Thanks

Matty

Also recived message direct that reads
Thanks a lot for flagging this up for us. If you can suggest on the thread that they sign up and PM me, that would be fantastic and probably the best way to do it.

Alternatively if they raise a ticket and provide the number, I'll probably be able to find it.
I hope my actions may have been helpful, so I'm leaving it there now.

So, no further comment from OP makes me think either the matter has been solved, or he just wanted a moan!

the latter most likely.
the OP wasn't interested in going to the PN forums themselves.

what actually happens is that in market 3 areas (and possibly market2) the isp's get a rebate on their monthly fee's. Every isp except plusnet uses it to subsidise market 1 customers. So everyone pays the same, instead plusnet chose to sell for cheaper in market 2/3 areas and remove the subsidy from market 1. I dont know if that accounts for the full £7.50 tho.
