When the solicitor said the bottle was half full, i thought Megan was going to say it was nearly empty. I think they missed an opportunity there. What a silly woman slapping the policeman!

For a supposedly intelligent woman, Megan is a fool.

She needs to learn to keep her big mouth shut. She gets a wee bit of evidence against Charity and always rushes straight round to confront her and tell Declan. The only way she will get the better of Charity is if she keeps her information to herself until she has all the details.

I am fed up with Charity getting away with things because everyone else is stupid.

Mhmm, I agree. While I want Charity to have justice brought down on her, I am fed up with Megan. She just comes across as having a "no one is good enough for my brother" attitude after her part is just recycled from when Declan was married to Katie and Megan accused her of being after the money. Forget the mother in law from hell, she's the sister in law from hell!

I just don't get the logic behind the police investigation. I mean what exactly is their evidence? That she was seen by a 9 year old in the same room as the wine? And said 9 year old saw her trying to pour herself a class of wine she had apparently poisoned? Are they even going to interview Noah to see if he saw her slip anything into the wine? Why would she have tried to drink it firstly, and secondly how would she have done it without Noah seeing her put something in there? Not to mention where would she have gotten pesticide and where is it now. I'm not well versed in law, but there seems a lot the police haven't done at this point in the investigation. The little evidence they have doesn't seem like anything that would hold up in court.

When it comes to the Emmerdale Police there is no logic. You are completely right the interview questions were sketchy and I don't think it would stand up in court what so ever. Her saying she was going to kill Charity doesn't make her that, it's a figure of speech.

and welcome to DS.

Ta. I know the correct answer is "It's Emmerdale" but my frustration with this one really ran over and drove me to create an account to rant about it.

To be fair, at least Emmerdale police aren't as bad as Corrie's where people get charged with murder for holding a bracelet.
