The balcony has always been there. When Johnny threw a private party for all his mates at the albert just before it officially opened they all made their escape via the balcony after Phil and Sharon turned up.

Someone will almost certainly fall off that balcony in the future.

They'll probably be overcome by the smell from the Chippy and the overflowing bins.

My big sister works as a cleaner on the set, and one day she was casually sweeping up some crumbs outside the office where the storyliners work, and she overheard one of them say "So the fued between Ben and Dexter will come to a head on the 30th anniversary and when Dex accuses Ben of arranging Lucy's killing, Ben replies "you need slappin down" and gives him a gentle push, then Dex trips and falls of the balcony"

She quickly sneaked off before she was spotted.

That'd be enough to make even the most hardy of residents want to throw themselves over.

But yes, someone dying from falling off that balcony, is too much of a good opportunity to miss 😏”

Well if they've killed off Pat Butcher and Lucy Beale so any things possible

Alfie jumps to his death after Kat finds out about him starting the fire deliberately and kicks him into touch and then social services get involved and declare them unfit parents after finding out the truth about the fire and take Tommy and the twins into care.

Or all this and it ends with someone pushing Alfie off the balcony as he loses his bottle and decides not to jump after all and even though we don't find out who until later we see her gloved hands shove him, it is revealed that Kat is the one who finished off her ex ex hubby!

The shocking truth is revealed several years later. It was Bert and Ernie in tormented revenge over their ridiculously old fashioned names.

I get your point but they're not physically capable of doing so and Kat being the killer would be more feasible!

It wouldn't surprise me one iota if Ernie finished off Alfie by flinging him off the balcony. I've been incredibly mistrustful of him since him and his knucklehead brother rocked up. He's a right nasty piece of work, seemingly lazy too. Back in the day when I was his age I was out earning and doing my bit for the family business by then. But then with workshy incompetent parents it's no wonder Ernie is such a tool, he had terrible role models.

It was. She was like a little girl of 4 or 5, not a woman approaching 40.

So why haven't you told anyone about the dangerous state it's in? Seriously, someone needs to inform Health & Safety before someone gets hurt. I also doubt that it could ever have passed Building Regulations.

Phil had a quiet word with the 6ft bodybuilder Building Regs inspector, who was so terrified he signed off on it immediately. I've got wardrobes bigger than that balcony.
