Can someone please advise how I can alter the DNS settings on this smart tv.

I have tried to manually do this but after altering it and selecting done it says dns is saved but I cannot now connect to the internet!!!

Usually with these things if you want to manually set the DNS settings you also have to set the IP address etc manually. If you haven't done so then chances are that is the problem.
