For me, as an audience member, it would be this - Project confidence! Watching someone dance badly but with a ballsy, confident attitude, as if they are loving the whole experience, is far more comfortable viewing than watching someone do a passable performance looking terrified and as if they are dying inside.
What one piece of advice would you give the celebs if you could?

then I agree with Pet Monkey about practice, both in slow motion and to music. However when I started to do medallist competitons I used to freeze up and perform well under my capability and so I would say, rely on your muscle memory from all that practice so that you are 'in the moment' and just dance. A cliche, I know, but you really do have to put aside how you have seen other people perform (yes, they may be better), all the doubts about the bits you don't do very well, and carry on when the performance goes a bit wrong. I could see Judy and Gregg in particular worrying about their steps and getting it 'right'.
