For his age.....

Isn't Tim Wannocott better than other men of his age group who have previously been on Strictly? At least he looked as if he was trying to actually dance and not just stood still?

To be honest, I thought John Sergeant danced more. Badly, but he was attempting to do the moves.

at present i'm thinking tim will be one of the first to go, unless he gets the 'awwww' vote that'll keep him in 3-5 weeks beyond what his exit date should be based on dancing ability ... and yes i KNOW the show ain't all about that

Oh I loved watching John, he really did try but he just doesn't have dancing feet. Is he slightly twiddly toed? Just watching his feet make me laugh - he should have won just for entertaining me so much!

Tim was my favourite in week 1 for sheer entertainment value. He looked like he was enjoying himself and put in a bit of his own style.

Go Tim!

I thought Tim didn't do too badly, actually. He certainly seemed better than a lot of the other male celebs who you would instinctively slot into the same 'entertainer rather than dancer' category. I think there's scope for him to improve a fair bit, and he could well be a lot better at the ballroom stuff.
