The judges entrances
shanders

Are they going to do that every week with all four judges shimmying onto the dance floor before they take their seats behind the desk? I hope not. It looks really naff!

Craig should really undo the button on his jacket.

Its ludicrous.

As they are the so called experts, their entrance should be spectacular.

As in even better than the pro dancers, let alone the celebrities.

If they look poorer than the average celeb they really shouldn't make fools of themselves.

When you consider that both Bruno and Craig are choreographers you think they could work something out - however it might depend on logistics.
If there is a camera in the way of where they would normally dance they might have to be doing something weird to stay in shot.

I liked it, thought it was fun

Another cringe worthy addition. Non of them look happy about it. Well, maybe Craig.

I thought as a one off on Friday to kick start the series it was good, as was Tess and Claudia coming down the stairs being chaperoned by a pro dancer. That bit stopped last night but the naff dancing from the judges was back

More crap, I'm afraid.

I wondered if this was an addition to fill a few seconds of airtime. Now Bruce has gone, we don't have the various "stories" at the start of the show or when the dancers are being introduced before their VTs start. Tess isn't anywhere near as verbose thankfully so perhaps we'll see more extras like this as the show progresses with fewer dancers each week.

It's a few seconds, why would anybody feel so strongly about it.

I was delighted to see Craig moving so freely after his hip operation last year .

Dancing With The Stars opens each competitive show with a group dance featuring all the pros and their partners, and the judges usually have a spot in there somewhere too (They also recreate one of those routines - with a few tweaks - to open the finale). It'd be good to see something like that.

However, the judges' entrance as it stands is a bit naff and hopefully a one-week wonder!

Yeah it's massively naff and they all look silly but tbh I quite like it.

have to admit it makes me laugh out loud as well which probably isn't their (the producers) intention!

They have to do something to make up for the lack of Brucie and his 'jokes' at the start of every show.

I just wish it wasn't this...

i thought the clowning of the judges was funny, and part of the sending-up and First Night feeling without the heavy cast-iron lid of the outdated legend to stop them. Very much tongue in cheek, doubt it will continue every week.

And could people please stop mentioning the former presenter and just move on? The show has 2 female presenters, both of whom have been in the show before. Everybody else has moved on.

Do the same people still want Angela Rippon reading the BBC evening news?
