Frozen cream sticks
Anyone know if these are still available?
I can't add much to that but I don't remember having much trouble buying them a few years ago, probably in some supermarket chain. A lot of cream gets wasted in my house and those sticks were really handy, only defrost what you need. Thanks. |

I've not seen any for ages... You could decant fresh cream into smaller portions and freeze it yourself. But only cream with a high fat content (double, clotted etc) will freeze nicely. Whipping double cream before freezing it is a tip I've read more than once. Not tried it, but worth a go?
