I swore I wasn't coming onto the forums to criticise BUT I have to give my opinion! I've seen both presenters, the judges, some of the professionals and a lot of the celebrities slagged off on here and that's fine. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I'm very much, if you've nothing nice to say then say nothing. However, I'm flabbergasted I've seen no criticism of Zoe. I'm sure she's lovely but I find her super-irritating. I've tried and tried but I just can't take to her 😞

She is obviously very excited when it comes to Strictly, or she's just an excitable person, but I really wish she wouldn't talk over people, it's most annoying!

She does wear fabulous heels though

Zoe Ball.....thoughts???

She is imo so much better than the last ITT presenter, plus she can dance , and seem to know what she is talking about, the only thing that annoy me about Zoe is when she goes all unnecessary about Ian, he is not interested in you dear.....LOL

I much preferred Claudia hosting ITT but Zoe is ok

the one thing I find most annoying about Zoe is she talks over people - she needs to stop doing that!

My missus has stopped watching ITT since Zoe took over

Zoe ... nothing new to say. Just as good or bad as last year. Once the dancers start thinning out we can start complaining again about the stupid ways the show fills up time.

She's O.K., but extremely irritating and over excitable all the time.
She's much worse on the radio though, I can't listen to her at all.

There is just no pleasing some people. ZB is way better than CW, if you ask me it's TD on the main show who is super-irritating. CW is adequate, nothing more.

Plus, I wish she'd drop the 60s look, looked far more presentable when she went without (esp. fringe and frosty lippy), but I guess it's hard when you get fixed and comfy in a 'look' dah-ling. [/horwood]

I think she's MUCH better suited to children's TV.

I like her on the programme but have no preferences between her and Claudia.

Before criticising her, just watch the equivalent programme for Bake Off with Jo Brand. It is such a shame as it could be so much better with someone like Zoe presenting it but Brand is terrible.

Prefer her to Claudia, myself. Her enthusiasm seems more genuine.

Agree with all of this.

I think she's great. Claudia was OK, but I got tired of the dumb act.

I love Zoe's enthusiasm and positivity. And I think she's looking really beautiful this year.

She is the only one of the presenters who can dance and therefore the only one with credibility.

Having Claudia and Tess are like having Match of the Day with Gregg Wallace. Or even a cooking programme with Gregg Wallace ...

But Britain never places much store by technical excellence.

I don't watch It Takes Two, but I cannot stand Zoe Ball. Her breathless style and her perpetual overenthusiasm really get on my nerves something awful. Calm down, woman!

You people are so dull

I would suspect that she is well aware of that - just as other women find other gay men attractive.

Having seen some very poor presenters (who could forget Twiggy and Whatsername Nolan trying to present This Morning a few years ago!) I think she does an amazing job. I also love Ian and Karen on the show, fantastic!

He was much better presenting "Working Lunch" on BBC2. His degree was in Economics from the LSE so he had a handle on the subject matter.

Didnt take long for the annual Zoe hate thread did it.... is it a new record after only 2 shows?

Looks like Im in the minority then because I like Zoe. I much prefer her to Claudia on ITT as I found the latter quite childish. Still do.

Not keen on the new presenting line up. Tess and Claudia are ok but lightweight for a show as big as SCD.

I like Zoe. She's a bit excitable but that's ok. At least she enjoys her job and what a job that is! I'd love it!

I've nothing at all against Zoe Ball, in fact I really like her.

But the programme itself has become SO predictable with the same old questions every time ["How excited are you to be on the show"/"How proud are you of your boy/girl?" etc etc etc]. Then the predictable "dancing" down the stairs; the same pseudo-flirting with Ian. All in all it's in danger of becoming excruciatingly boring.

Not Zoe's fault, she can only go with what's she's given. But they need a new scriptwriter fast!
