So lets get this right. You never eat takeaway food and you never ever eat anything you haven't prepared yourself? Is that right?

No, I never eat takeaway food. don't like pizzas, Indian looks like diahrroea and uses chilli which I hate, Chinese looks too artificial and chemically. And fish and chips give me indigestion. Kebabs .... well meat on the spit looks like a dead man's thigh.
I sometimes eat in restaurants, but only decent ones.
I do cook mainly from scratch, yes, within the normal rational meaning of that phrase.
But I don't make my own butter or cheese.

Utterly delicious.
Will definitely try the mac and cheese with leak. Sounds mouth watering.”

I'd never had cauliflower cheese in my life until about 6 months ago and this was the first one I ever tried. I'm totally addicted. I've tried a few other brands but they don't come close.

I am now making up for lost time.

Seriously? I've never understood why M&S's ready meals (or Waitrose's) are held in such high regard unless you are trying to move upmarket from Morrisons.

Edit - trying not tyring!

Best not to ask. Too many people get horribly defensive about the food choices they make.
Aarghawasp!

It's a good combination. I was mucking about in the kitchen one day and lightly sauteed some leek before putting it on top of my mac & cheese. When I baked it the leeks became slightly crispy in texture and it was really tasty.
